The property is 25 steps from Georgetown main st, 1 block from the area's shops. The home also boasts easy access to the city, sitting just 4 blocks from the waterfront, 5-10 minutes from the White House, and the national mall. Buses leave every 7 minutes to take you to the white house and museums area.

It is completely separated, has one bedroom, one bathroom, family room, big kitchen, washer/dryer, TV/Internet and AC/heating units in each room.
