We loved our stay here. The perfect location and Stefano it a very responsive and helpful host. This is a very large and spacious house, with every amenity you would ever need. Very close to a Co-op supermarket and easy access from the Ospedale stop on the Water Bus. Very easy walk to all of the main parts of Venice and the location works wonderfully. One tip from me, the Island of Murano is really worth a visit and you are a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop that takes you there. Lots of bathrooms/shower rooms also makes everybody's life easy when you're trying to get out of the apartment to go and explore Venice. I would happily stay here again when we return to Venice.

Superb check-in. Helped w/ transport and food our first night which was insightful to our needs and showed kindness.Very responsive. Beautiful, pristine home in beautiful surroundings. Thoughtful floor plan with all the amenities Wonderful community we enjoyed walking through to get to the bus stop.Loved our stay stay here.

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

Excelente la propiedad de Lara. Moderna y con detalles de comodidad y calidez de hogar. Lara súper atenta y paciente con nuestras dudas. Enfrente un súper y Mc Donald. Sumado a la belleza de Venecia, todo hace que la estadía sea maravillosa. Lo súper recomiendo.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is perfect--in the heart of Venice, but on a quiet street and right next to one of the small canals. The neighborhood has cafes and stores nearby, but is quiet and residential, and away from the crowds. The vaporetto stops nearby. We loved having the winodw open so that we could admire the view over the canal! The apartment is clean and spacious for two people, and the beds were very comfortable. Arriving at night, we were grateful that Pierantonio's daughter was there to meet us and show us around. Perantonio was very responsive and gave us great advice. I would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking an authentic Venetian experience away from the crowds. Grazie mille!

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise en famille ! Le logement était très confortable et idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Tout était pensé pour notre confort : il y avait même des produits de base comme de la lessive, etc. ce qui est très pratique. Nous voyagions avec des enfants et un bébé, et tout était prévu pour eux : un petit lit, une chaise haute… vraiment parfait ! L’hôte nous a également donné d’excellents conseils pour les restaurants. Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation !

Studio parfait, conforme à la description. Très bien situé. Elisabetta est très réactive et assure une excellente communication. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation et conseillerons à nos proches.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Andrea is a wonderful host! He is present if you need him and he is always very helpful. The apartment was a great value for money and I recommend it.

Massimo is so kind, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet him, and we would recommend his clean, convenient place to anyone. (A tiny thing we would recommend to future guests, especially if you have kids trying to go to sleep early, would be to bring earplugs as the neighbours are very loud.) It was wonderful to have a full second room, to be able to do laundry easily, and there is everything you need nearby, including a wonderful bakery - buy their fresh gnocchi if you want to cook something yourself - unforgettable! Salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, and olive oil were all provided which makes such an incredible difference when you are travelling between many places. Thank you Massimo for being such a fantastic host.

Marco war unser Ansprechpartner. Wir haben alle Informationen mit Bilder, Beschreibung, Regeln vorher bekommen. Er war einfach per Whatsup erreichbar. Das Haus/die Häuser sind schön, der Garten ist wunderbar, auch für unseren Hund war erholsam🙂. Venedig mit dem Bus sehr einfach erreichbar.

Esta muy bien equipado dan ganas de quedarse más días para explorar los al redores, es poblado cercano que es encantador. lo recomiendo totalmente.

Casa Zorzi è uno splendido casale nella parte alta di Arquà (consiglio di parcheggiare nel parcheggio alto per questa ragione) con un giardino interno comune curatissimo dove è piacevole passare il tempo nelle giornate di sole. Abbiamo trovato molto comodo avere i codici di accesso al posto delle chiavi. Pulizia del nostro appartamento impeccabile. Siamo stati anche un pomeriggio al castello di Lispida a rilassarci nella piscina interna e anche nelle vasche riscaldate esterne, posto incredibile, curatissimo e con una vista bellissima. Ringraziamo gli host per la disponibilità a rispondere alle nostre domande e per l’ospitalità.

une très belle maison, Gina avec sa famille- gentilles, disponibles et très serviables. Les chambres sont très grandes, joliment décorées. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et WC très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique, grand , ainsi qu'une belle piscine. tout était propre et très bien entretenue. l'endroit est très calme à 20 minutes de Venise, beaucoup de restaurants et les centres commerciaux sont très proches, dont un grand outlet. Grâce à Gina et sa famille nous avons passé des très belles journées dans sa maison.

Een heerlijke plek. Genoten van het prachtige huis met alle voorzieningen. De geweldige tuin en het heerlijke zwembad. Speciale dank voor Tomasso en zijn vrouw. Jullie waren geweldig voor ons en onze kinderen.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Beautiful accommodation near Venice (20 minutes by bus, bus stop is 10 - 15min walking distance) Rooms were really spacious and clear. Our hosts were helpful and gave us all the information about travelling to Venice. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially if you're travelling by car.

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao
