Oma's House is a peaceful retreat with historic charm, centrally located, and minutes away from the Abilene Convention Center, Downtown, SODA District, Abilene Christian University, and Hendricks Hospital North. The property features a large fenced in back yard, gazebo with outdoor seating and basketball court. Balls and chalk are provided for an impromptu game of hopscotch or four square. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils, as well as basic spices.

Quiet and peaceful setting overlooking Elm Valley just 9 min from Buffalo Gap. The fully renovated railcar and caboose are connected by a large back patio that boasts one of the most spectacular views in Taylor County. Haven on Bacon is a comfortable & entertaining space with a 2-minute scoot to ACU. Pets are welcomed. The open living space inside and out is great for gatherings and entertaining but can also be used for quiet restoration. This haven is only a 3-minute drive to Hardin Simmons and the hospital. The house is newly remodeled with a ton of amenities such as a ping-pong table, scooters, games for inside and out and much more -- it's everything you would want a home away from home to be!

Tiny House Loft on Sayles

One of a kind loft! This unique apartment was built in 1920 with our Sears Craftsman home. It has been totally renovated and updated and just might be the cutest "steampunk themed tiny house with a sleeping loft" anywhere, much less Abilene. Just minutes from downtown, the SoDA District, The Mill, bars and nightlife, all three universities and Dyess AFB. Our Historic Sayles Loft is perfectly located for one night, a weekend, or more! It’s a tiny space, so two guests is the limit!

Country cabin close to the city

The cabin is located on a gated and fenced six acre property just outside of Buffalo Gap offering great security to our guests. It’s a quiet country place but only 10 miles from the Mall of Abilene. It’s very close to the Abilene state park, the historic village, Beltway Park Church, Wylie and Jim Ned Schools, and the world famous Perini Steakhouse. It is about 20 minutes from ACU or HSU. The property and surrounding area is great for walks and there is a Dollar General close by.

Our little unique bungalow is a smaller home located on Sayles Blvd. Right across the street from McMurry University, 10 mins to ACU, 9 mins to Hardin Simmons. Close to Downtown, and 10 mins to the Abilene Zoo, and Expo center. We do NOT allow pets.Parking available for NO More than 3 vehicles NO parking on the grass. Please note our parking can NOT accommodate big trailers or several large vehicles. Our home is on a busy street with VERY limited parking. No pets due to allergies.

Michael is retired and I am a partially retired RN of 33 years. Michael has owned this 1931 Craftsman style home since the late 1970s. We are lifelong Abilenians and live within a few minutes drive.
