An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

Sojenica Nirvana se nalazi na desnoj obali rijeke Bojane, stotinjak metara uzvodno od mosta. Velika plaža je udaljena pet minuta vožnje, restorani su na manje od pet minuta hoda. Pogodna je za boravak 6 gostiju, u prizemlju se nalazi trosjed koji je moguće otvoriti, na spratu su dvije sobe, jedna sa velikim francuskim lezajem, dok su u drugoj dva odvojena kreveta.
