One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Base Camp Afers

Ground floor flat in a semi-detached house where the morning sun greets you with a mountain view of Geisler and Peitlerkofel. Our accommodation is up to four people or four plus a baby, we have a crib for families, which like to travel even with the little ones. The flat is in minimalist style, painted white with bright lights and all the essentials for active holiday in the mountains. Please request for the tall chair if needed, as it is not permanently at the apartment.
