The sitting room has a french door opening onto a private patio area with table and chairs, commanding spectacular views over the Cardigan bay to Bardsy Island and the Llyn Penninsular. Walking distance to the renowned George the 3rd pub/restaurant and the Mawddach Trail that spans from Dolgellau to Barmouth.
