Pebble Beach at Cape St Francis Resort is very well situated, minutes walking distance from two restaurants,a few minutes walk away from the most amazing Cape St Francis beach, and a 30 minute walk to the Seal Point lighthouse. The home is a real beach house. Other than a grocery trip to St Francis Bay, you can just park your car for the duration of your stay and discover the area on foot. Our host Fiona was very helpful, and even helped put us in touch with a surf school which my kids loved.

What a wonderful time in an immaculate home at the beach front. Beautiful views over the ocean whilst playing card and board games (provided) with the family. Extensive library to read from and a kitchen VERY well equipped with lots of pots, pans and serving plates. The bed linen were clean, comfortable and high quality.

We had an amazing stay at The Beach House! The views were absolutely breathtaking, with the beach visible from almost every corner of the house. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to the fresh sea breeze made it such a relaxing getaway. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was also a big bonus that it’s pet-friendly—our dog loved having the space to roam, which isn’t always easy to find. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in this lovely property with our extended family of six for two nights and have truly enjoyed our time here. The house is nicely located and communication with the host was very smooth. Warmly recommended!!

Waking up to a sea view was a treat, but the real surprise was discovering a cupboard full of old board games and puzzles I remembered from my childhood. We had such fun playing together as a family. Long beach walks, friendly chats with locals — it all added to the charm. It’s not fancy, but it’s full of heart. A magical spot by the sea, perfect for making memories with the kids.

We just returned from a (too brief!) stay at Hans' place and are already planning our next visit. The house is modern, immaculate and comfortable, but the location is absolutely incredible. The kids would have happily spent our entire visit down at the beach, and we enjoyed starting and ending our days (with coffee or wine in hand) walking down the path to the shore and sitting on a bench taking in the view while they splashed about. On our next visit we will plan fewer excursions and build in more down time to spend at the house just enjoying the property and the amazing location.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. We were two families of four with young kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better location with the beach on your doorstep and we felt right at home. The house was wonderfully equipped and has everything you need to make your stay as easy as possible and wonderfully clean. We would happily go back and would recommend.

Wonderful place. Beautiful house, nice interior with a perfect location directly at the beach. We will definitely come back to this place in case we are back in Cape Town.

Our party of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights. Mailinda was extremely friendly, professional. responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped arrange car rental. Daily service/cleaning service with clean towels and cleaning was beyond our expectations. The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, decor was lovely, and the location was fabulous. Located right on the ocean with private access to the beach was wonderful. Easy 5 minute drive to Oia allowed us to time our visits to avoid the busy tourist times. The island was very easy to explore. Wifi is available although the signal could be better. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

It was our second visit to Matt&Nadine’s place and once again everything was excellent. You can’t find a better spot and more comfortable unit. The location is magical and so easy if you are travelling with a family. We will definately be back. Thank you Matt&Nadine, you go above and beyond.

The place is beautiful, but you gonna freeze to death there, no heaters, and they got electricity problem, you gonna stay in darkness for straight 6hrs, the back up batteries doesn’t work, the fact that the full house has only 2 bathroom was a huge turn off, rooms are not ensuit… Host is very rude, they don’t care about guest, she kicks you out when it’s 10 on the day of check out.. we won’t go back there

Thank you so much to Elsie for being a super host once again. She went the extra mile in accommodating us during our stay. The unit is outstanding with great views and modern furniture & design. We got to see dolphins & whales during our stay which are an amazing bonus and the weather was perfect.

Simply lovely stay, right on the beach. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, so we were really able to relax. We felt safe and secure. Lovely to sit on the deck, seeing the sun go down over the sea. It is a pity we could only stay 2 nights, we are planning to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

My team and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was pristine and clean. The design was beautiful, unique and had very comfortable furniture to compliment the layout. The kitchen has additional amenities,ample crockery, and cutlery to cater to the needs throughout the stay. The back area is well maintained,neat and free of risk. The indoor pool is cornered off with glass panels preventing possible accidents. Rolinda was an absolutely stellar. She was extremely attentive, provider an amazing handover of the property and was responsive and helpful to any of our needs/issues. I highly recommend this property.

We had an unforgettable stay at Martinique beach villa. The location was absolutely perfect - just steps from the ocean, with breathtaking views and direct beach access. The villa is beautifully decorated, with a modern yet relaxed coastal feel that made us feel right at home. Wilson gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were lucky to have the best weather, and spent most of our time either swimming in the ocean, lounging by the pool or soaking up the sun on the rooftop deck. As a family that loves to cook, we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We truly had the best time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beachfront escape in Langebaan.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison d’Ahmed. Avec une vue incroyable sur l’océan, nous vivions au rythme des marées, des pêcheurs. L’emplacement est paisible, le plaisir de partager la vie authentique du Maroc. Nous avons acheté des moules sauvages à des pêcheurs que nous observions de la maison. Excellent ! Très bon contact avec Ahmed et son père. Nous reviendrons dans cette vie Marocaine que nous aimons 😊

5 stars for location, exceptional hosting and fabulous beach house. It was perfect for our family stay. It felt like home from home as soon as we arrived. Very comfortable beds and beautiful linens. Everything one could need was either there or within walking distance to get. Fully recommended.

Trying to avoid being cliche and saying that this place truly is Nirvana. I think this is our absolute favorite place in the world. From the lush gardens and pool, rooftop with jacuzzi, literally on the ocean. This place is just incredible. Angad is so incredibly responsive and proactive. Fred and the team are all amazing kind people too. The bathroom with dual shower is immaculate and amazing. In all our travels no Airbnb or hotel has lived up to the standard set by Angad. The lighting in the pool and surrounding the garden at night is so beautiful and peaceful. Even though you are so close to great restaurants and the center, you feel like you are in a private Oasis.

We absolutely loved this place! It was on the smaller side and very private and quiet with a beautiful beach. We stayed in both the Coco Tree House and the Kima Lodge Duplex. Beautiful place, great pool, right in the ocean, peaceful, relaxing! The food was so amazing and delicious! Alfred was our waiter. So kind, polite and fun! The lady chef is an AMAZING cook! Everything we had to eat was DIVINE! I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. One of the BEST airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Zanzibar!!! ❤️

The place is wonderful and clean, the service is excellent, and the staff is very cooperative and friendly. I would like to thank Ramadan for his excellent handling and his care for the visitors. Our second time in the best location ever. The new renovations are just what the gem needed to make it more open. Especially the new covered deck in front overlooking the ocean with new built in braai. The best location because away from the main beach and so nice just to walk out the door with your surfboard under your arm and 1 minute later you are in the ocean. We will definitely be back very soon. Thanks a lot for and amazing week.
