We celebrated our 12-year anniversary at Sam’s Beach Cottage and brought along our young adult children this time. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own privacy, which we really appreciated. The beach view was absolutely stunning, and the private pool was a great bonus. Eben, the caretaker, was kind and helpful throughout our stay. We stopped by West Hills Mall before arriving to stock up on groceries and essentials—highly recommend doing the same to avoid extra trips into town. The beach access was clean, peaceful, and just as beautiful as we remembered. A wonderful stay all around!

My family and I stayed in this luxury apartment for more than three weeks. Staying in this place was one of the best decisions we made during our time in Accra. The place was very clean, management was great, the area was peaceful and the apartment was easily located. It was a great feeling to know that luxury could be located in the kasoa area. Initially, we booked the place for two days due to uncertainty of some of the apartments in Accra. We hurriedly extended our stay because October apartment took us by surprise. The spacious and cozy bedrooms, the luxury couches, and the beautiful and pristine kitchen made our stay great. October apartment will be my go to place when ever I’m in Ghana and looking for a place to stay. I almost forgot to mention of the beautiful pool and also the basketball hoop that made life easier for my wife and I because our children enjoyed playing basketball. I’m truly glad to have found this place on Airbnb

At first driving to the location, I felt disappointed and apprehensive but on arrival, I was happy with the accommodation. There is a team on the ground that is helpful and friendly. The restroom is very clean, the rooms are clean and it has a beachfront view. I was at the Anne beach house with my team of 12 women for a retreat and the serene, peaceful environment made the difference. There is not much to do in the vicinity, however, if you love nature, the walk to and from the beach would inspire you. The Anne Beach House is ideal for group retreats or vacations. We enjoyed our stay.

Our hosts welcomes you into a place that feels like home. For expats they have all the contacts necessary to assist you in your stay from taxi drivers to immigration officers. Do you need to set up a post office box or shop for furniture - they can help. Oh, did I mention satellite tv, Ghanaian meals and delicious pastries. If you go anywhere else you be missing out on something.

This is really Haven as per the name. The host was very accommodating and always there to help. Her free breakfast were superd and on time. Bedsheets clean and very entising to jump to bed. Kitchen and living area and decor were on point. I just love the place and woul always recommend for anyone wanting to book. You would not regret. I almost forgot, there is solar installation so anytime the lights were off, it switched to sloar so I was never in darkness. It was amazing place to be would book again any time I visit. Lovely apartment that worked well for me and my family (2 adults 2 children). From booking to checkout the hosts have been very responsive, helpful and flexible. Apartment was very clean on arrival - good sized apartment, with 2 double bedrooms and good size living room area (pictures are accurate) and the addition of bottled water was very much appreciated!! Felt safe in the area/apartment and all described amenities in working order. Minor issue with internet connection, but this was dealt with swiftly by the hosts. Would definitely book again

Amazing place to stay very quiet and has a super clean bed and bathroom room and a wonderful amazing cooking area in the room, this place is the best for your stay 👍 the AC works 24 hrs and you have a hot water connection in the shower, a washing machine is available in the room, we had adequate spaces and the best of the best is the host kate is an amazing kind lady she will welcome you with a warm smile 😁 🥰and her entire employees are very nice as well. I love this ANB place for my next stay in Ghana 🇬🇭 Thank you Kate for hosting me and my family. I will be back by the grace of God.
