You'll be staying in a 2020 Grand Design 40-foot RV that sleeps four comfortably. The views of the Spanish Peaks & Sangre De Cristo Mountain range are breathtaking. There are great hiking trails. One must be safe and aware of wildlife at all times. There is an amazing array of elk, deer, bear, cougars, turkeys, etc. Small dog allowed with refundable security deposit. AWD or 4x4's are recommended for seasonal road conditions. GMU 85 deer/elk/ turkey hunting with prior auth. No hunting on ranch!

Great studio apartment. Beautiful views with country living, quiet and peaceful, 1.5 miles to town. Owners on site, friendly but private, no contact unless initiated by you. Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. The queen bed is a very comfortable Murphy Bed. The apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Designated parking area.
