This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while being a 1-minute walk to one of the best cafes in the area, a 3-minute walk to our local beach that's great for snorkelling and swimming, and less than 10 minutes walk to our nearest surf spot. The house comes with its own private pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda West adjoins this property, and sleeps two extra people in one bedroom.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

The Chalet- 1 minute walk to the beach - 2 rooms

The Chalet is a luxury 2 bedroom private villa, ideal for families & couples. Sleeps 4 to 6 pax. The quaint house is beautifully restored and has the charm of a 100 year old heritage house. One minute walk to the beach ( across the road). If any of our 3 beach villas are not occupied, Chalet visitors can spend the day at the beach villas - NO extra charge. The chalet is private and exclusive Fast Free WIFI (fiber opts) available. The villa can be taken with or with out staff
