The house is located in Wals-Siezenheim next to Salzburg. It is surrounded by meadows and invites you to relax. The apartment is carefully decorated with lots of wood and cosiness. You can find everything you need- a kitchen, a big bed, a couch, a TV, a bathroom with towels, free WiFi as well as nature. From the city-centre of Salzburg you can reach the apartment in 20 minutes by bus or car and from the airport in 15 minutes by bus. Also you can enjoy the nature next to your apartment.

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The residential unit is located on the upper floor of the converted farm building in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are very welcome. Baby bed and high chair are available on request. A parking lot is available directly in the courtyard - free of charge. A lot of excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in clos proximity.

Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Unser Schwalbennest soll euch aus dem schnelllebigen Alltag holen und mit dem urigen Holz Sichtdachstuhl etwas Ruhe wiedergeben. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon im Dachgeschoss zeigt im Hintergrund den Untersberg in Berchtesgaden sowie den Gaisberg in Salzburg. Wir wollen euch in unserem Haus willkommen heißen und hoffen euch mit unserer Holzliebe ein Stück Berchtesgaden näher zu bringen.
