Our One Bedroom Apartment at Unit 237 is the perfect launch point for all of your Hill City adventures including Miles of ATV, biking/hiking/cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails, a beautiful 9 hole Golf Course, and seasonal pool access! This unit has one bathroom in the main living space, two queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room space. We offer cable TV, WiFi and air conditioning to make your getaway as comfortable as home!

Marlin's on Minnewawa

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is located on a few acres of land with plenty of room for trailer parking or outside activities. The lake lot is across a small quite road and is only shared between our guests and us. Lake Minnewawa is a wonderful fishing and reactional lake. Our lot is fairly flat for easy walking to and from the lake. Marlin's is located about an hour from Duluth, Brainerd, Grand Rapids and Mora.
