Ludivine’s place was exactly what I needed for my stay during my graduation weekend. Her place is really cute and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which came in handy when traveling with two other guests! The apartment was only 10 mins away from the University of Florida and was in a great location. Lots of food and shopping in a close proximity. The unit itself was very cute, clean, and even had games to play! There is a full kitchen and coffee maker, with coffee. Also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry! Ludivine was very responsive and even let us know the apartment was ready for early check in. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in Gainesville!

Excellent location, very clean, and easy right out front parking!! Will definitely stay again if we can get a reservation. With the location right across from UF, it’s probably super booked!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to UF campus and sporting venues. Walkable to restaurants and area attractions. Will book again!

I stayed at this location for five nights. The detailed information about check in and the property made for a relaxing stay. The space was quiet and I felt right at home during my time there. The decor and furnishings were welcoming and comfortable. I appreciate the promptness with messages. I greatly enjoyed my stay at this unit! I hope to stay here again if my travels take me back to Gainesville.

Very close to the track if you’re coming for BMX! We had a slight issue with some pricing but the host and Air B and B got it fixed. Clean and easy check in!

We had a great time at Hendrick's place. We like the place very much, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was great, was very close to the UF. Hendrick was a very good host and we'll stay there again in the future.

Stayed here while visiting a friend for her baby shower. Beds were comfortable. Everyone has a place to sleep. Great location.

We all enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Very peaceful, relaxing and beautiful area. House was as described without any issues. We would have really liked tv's in the bedrooms so everyone could watch what they wanted, as it's a four bedroom house and it had two tvs in the living room, but none in any of the bedrooms, especially with how cheap tvs are nowadays. Great location with everything you need close by. Would certainly recommend.

Very nice place clean & comfortable! Pictures matched up! I would recommend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Sara and Diego were very responsive and answered all of our questions. They were great hosts. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our extended family visit to UF for our daughter's graduation. It was an easy drive to UF and plenty of space for our extended family. Highly recommend for large families traveling to see students. Close to the whole foods market center to either walk or short drive. Lots of restaurants and shops. Thanks, Sara and Diego!

Great place to stay for extended visits in Gainesville. Close to everything but far from the noise of downtown! Cindy is great at communicating timely and helped with anything I needed!
