We were looking for a place to stay within 30 minutes to UF so we could attend our daughter’s graduation ceremonies. We were pleased with the location, home, and price point. It’s also minutes away from Lake Orange if you’re looking for a place to stay with adequate room to park a boat/trailer and truck. We’d stay again.

5 Stars - Exceptional Host! I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs, but Lisa was by far the best host I’ve ever had. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, which was especially important during our stay. The place was perfect for our needs—very clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was how thoughtful and accommodating Lisa was. My wife was scheduled to be induced at the hospital nearby, but when our plans were unexpectedly delayed, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a place to stay. She was so understanding and made everything stress-free for us. As a sweet gesture, she even got my little one a new toy and something special for our newborn daughter. That level of kindness was deeply appreciated. I highly recommend any Airbnb managed by Lisa. She made our experience memorable and stress-free, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need a place again.

Randy was an awesome host, and an exemplary example of true hospitality. After checkout, we unexpectedly needed to stay another night in the area. we assumed we wouldn’t be able to rebook with Randy after just checking out the same day but, after reaching out, he quickly replied and let us come right back for the night.  He was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay. We accidentally left a few belongings behind which Randy promptly offered to ship out to us. Randy’s daughter was very kind and, had she not offered us a hand when looking for the light switch to the grill area, we never would’ve known she was there. The home is beautifully situated on a private and peaceful lot in the country, but close to local Springs and restaurants. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Randy’s home to anyone looking to stay in the area, and definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thank you!

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

This place was magical. A group of 8 of us came together for my 30th birthday and had an absolute blast. The river was gorgeous and we enjoyed hanging on the dock, kayaking and having fires in the fire pit at night. Absolutely beautiful place close to the springs for our Ichetucknee adventure, with plenty of good spots to eat and drink in town. We cooked a couple big meals here and had no issues with anything in the kitchen. Ample seating and space! I recommend bringing your own ice and water, but other than that, everything we needed was available in the house itself! We will remember this trip for years to come and hope to be back soon! Can’t say enough about the peace you find at Blessed Acres. Whether you looking for an entertainment venue or just some simple R & R, you’ll find it here. The host truly goes the extra mile for her guests. I highly recommend a stay at Blessed Acres.

Unfortunately we’re only there for a short time since we were just in town for a UF tour, but all went well place was great.

Really enjoyed our stay there! I was concerned about it not having central air, but it was plenty cool! Loved the fenced-in front yard to the dogs. could play. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Una experiencia maravillosa en plena naturaleza. La casa estaba ordenada y limpia, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. si es cierto que la casa tiene detalles que solucionar pero el entorno es tan espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza y con un ambiente tranquilo perfecto para relajarse que uno lo deja pasar. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra visita y sin duda volveríamos. La única mejora sería que la piscina estuviera un poco más limpia, pero en general, todo estuvo excelente. ¡Recomendado!

Beautiful location with easy access to the local springs and University of Florida

Very cute little home. Loved the little dog bowls for your pup! We split this with another family during a baseball tournament we had in newberry and we walked into cold waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter! The kids lived that. Loved that there were a ton of extra sleeping blankets and cots! The area had everything around as well!

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Gorgeous house and amazing host. Tomy is very responsive and welcoming. The house is beautiful, cared for and very comfortable. Located in a quiet upscale, beautiful neighborhood, house has stunning backyard with covered pool area. It definitely has WOW effect. We stayed only one night, but felt like home. Thank you!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay. We were looking for somewhere to unwind for a couple of days. The condo was perfect and we took advantage of the lovely weather and used the pool. Thank you Steven. We would certainly recommend your ab&b ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at this house was exactly what we needed and hoped for during our vacation. The area was quiet but close enough to needed amenities like grocery stores that we had access to what we needed. The house was gorgeous and well appointed. Extra touches like available shampoo and laundry detergent helped greatly when we forgot something or as we tried to keep on top of clothing and towels for the kids during our stay. Even the simple ability to grab the provided garage door opener during our day trips made loading and unloading our vehicle much easier which, when traveling with children, is so huge. The master suite of this house was exceptional. There was so much space, and the shower and tub were straight from HGTV or Better Homes and Gardens. Leaving this house was nearly heartbreaking. I can truly say this place may be our heaven on Earth, and we cannot wait to come back for more trips in the future!

Bill is very nice and we had a very nice stay. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The trailer was neat and clean with functioning tvs, available snacks and coffee and games and books for entertainment. The only negatives to maybe consider would be the bed is very firm and there are no blinds in the master bedroom.

Cozy little home on the outskirts of Gainesville- close enough to be at the campus in just a few minutes but far enough to escape the traffic and be immersed in a nice country vibe. Pizza place a few minutes away was perfect for a late dinner. I’ll most likely rebook next time I visit my UF student.

Absolutely amazing stay! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you could think of. Bonus points for so many extra towels and linens. If you’re visiting Ginnie Springs you won’t find a better location. It’s close by and easy to get to and there are plenty of cute, local restaurants and shops near by. Communication with the host was spectacular! Super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Kimberly was very kind and responsive. Her place worked great for my work crew for the week. Would absolutely book this place again. Make sure to check out Ichetucknee springs while in the area you won’t be disappointed! Also XAPA has some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

Beautifully kept vintage cottage with original wooden floors from the 1940’s very comfortable and warm atmosphere Located close to downtown and campus I also enjoyed having my dog with me and we walked the neighborhood every day. Ananda is very friendly and responsive to all communications.

The place is well maintained and in a neighborhood that is secluded. Wonderful for walks with the dog. The tubing on the river was very relaxing and refreshing. The home was well equipped. There was nothing we needed that was not there. There was even food and drink in the refrigerator, more than enough towels, dishes and flatware. We used the fire pit and the evening was very relaxing.

The place was very humble and clean, with a peaceful atmosphere and amazing view. It was pretty close to plenty of springs and state parks, which was exactly what we wanted. If you stay here you have to eat at Our Place Pizzeria and Ristorante. We were thoroughly pleased with the service and the food and actually ate there both nights of our stay.
