The Garden House is a cedar cabin on a mountaintop in the Great Northern Catskills. Our house is setback by a long path, on a wooded lot, and very private. It’s a place to slow down, to recharge the mind & body, and indulge in the immense beauty of the mountains. It’s cozy, made for late night cocktails by a real wood burning fireplace, and for slow mornings at the kitchen table. Our area is all-seasons with skiing, hiking, waterfalls, dipping in lakes & rivers, and plenty of fresh mountain air.

Towpath Landing is a peninsula on the Mohawk/Erie Canal with incredible views and wildlife - in the heart of the Capital District! We are on the Vischer ferry bike trail for hikes/biking! TL has 19 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life one by one. #11 has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, fully stocked kitchen, new bathroom and is ready for peaceful times watching the boats and barges go by. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom.
