Beautiful and spacious! Exactly what we were looking for, exceeded expectations! Host was wonderful!

We had a great weekend winery getaway, and staying here made it all the more better! The place was clean and close to all of the wineries that we planned to visit. It was a short Uber to wineries and the downtown area/restaurants. Ann was very responsive and we enjoyed staying here! We would definitely recommend this to others and even want to come back one day!

Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. From booking to the actual stay, Melissa was a delightful host! I had some issues while traveling and had to make some adjustments on the fly, and she was very accommodating. I loved the patio, furnishings, and kitchen in this home - it had everything I needed. I hope to stay here again my next trip to Charlottesville!

What a beautiful home and location!! Super peaceful and relaxing. Patricia is a consummate host who has thought of everything, with everything clear, easy and welcoming. Come to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of the region, or simply sit on the porch and listen to the river meander by. Under an hour to Lynchburg if you're in the area for Liberty University and need a great place to stay. Go eat at the Briarpatch Restaurant in Amherst, close by, but get there early. Apparently it is THE spot to go to for the locals.

Lovely place to stay, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Close to UVa, and to restaurants and cafes in and near downtown. The host was very friendly and proactive. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for our group of 7. We were in town for a wedding weekend and everything was close and convenient! Perfect for morning walks and a quick drive or Uber to Downtown and UVA. Well stocked and very comfortable!

The Wooder House never disappoints! This is the only Airbnb we’ve stayed at more than once and we will continue to come back. It’s in the heart of the Nelson 151 but still completely isolated and peaceful. The home is stocked with amenities for kids and dogs! We introduced some family to the Wooder House this time and it was great having a pack-n-play, along with two high chairs on site for the kiddos! Such attention to detail is what makes traveling less hectic. We can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their beautiful wooded retreat! Thank you for letting us enjoy your special place!

Great location, a few minutes drive from the bustle of Cville. Well appointed. We had 3 tall adults, and the large couch ended up being more comfortable than the upper bunk for one of us. The other 2 beds were great. Fantastic campfire and hot tub soak. No regrets!

We enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s unit. She was responsive prior to booking and answered all of our questions. My mother was traveling with us and accessibility was key.
