The house is about 25 min from main downtown Seville. So we were able to drive there and do many things in the city. But we also enjoyed the town and the surrounding areas. We had a car so we were able to drive all over Andalusia with this homebase. The home is very spacious and we had room for our four children. There was a great parking and garage. The kitchen is small, but I’m American so am used to having an entire large space to cook. If you aren’t going to be cooking large meals for hungry children then you will be totally fine! There are many small breakfast places and lunch places within walking distance. We worked remotely while in the house with very stable internet. Thanks for a Wonderful stay!

The place is as described and very spacious for our group of 5people. Magdalena was the person who checked us in and checked us out. Her assistance added to our experience and made us feel welcomed. She was very lovely and readily available to answer any questions. The apt itself is very spacious and in a very central area, easy to walk to the Centro and next to restaurants etc. I highly recommend this airbnb and if we plan to visit Sevilla, look forward to hopefully staying here again.

We had a great time at the accommodation. The location was perfect and very central. We loved the terrace and the pool area. Plenty of restaurants and bars in a very vibrant area. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions before hand and during our stay. The only negative was that the pool was a bit dirty and could have been cleaner. But that was the only small thing, we loved our time here and would happily return!

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

Taxi straight from airport, dropped us right by address, literally less than 2mins from door. Beautiful house was just as shown/described and perfectly central to everything. We did have issue with Hot Tub which Jeremiah was v.quick to resolve. We were a group of 5 and def would recommend!

Logement très calme et spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Très lumineux et sans vis-à-vis. Il est dans le centre ville de Séville, près d'une gare de bus urbains, ce qui était important pour nous. Rue calme, avec des supermarchés et des bars sympas. Le seul point négatif est que le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit. Si l'on dort dans le salon, c'est gênant. On ne l'entend pas depuis la chambre.

excellent hosts, perfect location, good value for money. Worth mentioning the staircase up to the sleeping area which could be an issue for people with mobility issues (just something to be aware of)

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Carmona’s old town! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added touch of having some food provided for breakfast was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Carmona, and the free parking just a 10-minute walk away was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Juan’s Villa was the perfect place for our weekend away. The actual Villa is massive, with great sized rooms, large bathrooms and a lovely kitchen with living space. We loved the pool and outdoor loungers. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. The location was great, very private & rural but close to the city, only a 15-20minute uber ride into the centre. Juan was so accommodating with an easy check in & checkout and always really fast to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommended to anyone looking for a great stay in Seville

Beautiful and sunny place in a quite central area of the city. Pretty easy to walk around to main spots in the town.

Loved Margarita's place, felt like home! It is big, spacious and centrally located. Bonus point is the rooftop with small plunge pool ( even though I did t get to use but would be perfect for summer!) Plus there is a great coffee shop right across the place! Margarita has been very helpful and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Nice flat with good kitchen and shower rooms. No outlook and a little noisy. Not central but easy walk to centre. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. 1 bedroom more suitable for children with no door but a curtain. Other rooms good. Good value for the price. Sadly pool not usable in bad weather. Host was helpful and instructions were good. Although electronic door initially difficult was good. We enjoyed our stay

Beautiful home the best way to experience a traditional Andalusian townhouse. We enjoyed the character and range of social spaces so much!

Todo genial!!!… La ubicación perfecta; El apartamento muy limpia y con todos los detalles para disfrutar del mismo; Con parking en el mismo edificio, que es lo que estábamos buscando;… y Jose (el propietario) un 10, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, nos recomendó sitios a visitar y comer, entre otros … ya lo recomendé a unos amigos que quieren visitar Sevilla…y si tengo que volver a Sevilla, está claro que volveré a hospedarme aqu saber… GRACIAS POR TODO!!!

Hi, thank you very much Nacho. We had a great time in Seville. The apartment was great. The kitchen equipment was great, everything important for cooking. We were there for the Semana Santa and we had two teenagers with us. Pool area was lovely. Très bon séjour chez Teresa qui a été très accueillante, gentille, nous a offert généreusement des délicieuses oranges de son jardin, nous nous sommes régalés ! La maison et le jardin ont été très agréables . Encore merci!! Seul « bémol », les aboiements des chiens dans le voisinage (sûrement un chenil) dans la journée et soirée, mais Teresa n’y peut rien malheureusement 🙂

Très belle maison avec toutes les commodités, spacieuse, très bien équipée, quartier paisible, métro à 10mn à pied. Merci Marta pour la mise à disposition des fournitures essentielles (épices, savon, équipements de maison...)

Had an amazing stay in Seville. Walked to all local attractions easily. Nacho was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay for family and friends. Would stay again.
