There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Victorian Cottage in Medieval Village of Alfriston

My house has been described as light and cosy. It is filled with books, art and interesting things - a home from home, not the usual holiday let. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, with lots of choices of where to eat & drink. Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. We are at the furthest point of Seaford gateway to the famous Seven Sisters Cliff tops just 15 minute walk away

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Starnash Farmhouse Accommodation

Starnash is a cosy farmhouse on 3 acres of land; the east side is self-contained for 8 guests. A shepherd’s hut in the garden can be hired separately (when available) for 2 more people, so we can accommodate up to 10 guests in total. If you’re looking to get away and be just off the beaten track then Starnash is the place for you. Here you are surrounded by nature & birdsong and within a few miles of beaches, woodland walks, the South Downs AONB, quirky villages and vibrant towns.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Unique little bedsit with all your needs. Situated on Cow Lane bridle path, which takes you down to the South Downs Way, Friston Forest and a short walk to the Seven Sister Country park. The village of Litlington is within walking distance with the award winning Long Man Brewery and the lovely country pub, The Plough and Harrow. Also within walking distance is the Rathfinny Wine estate and the historic village of Alfriston, with its many pubs and cafes.

Garden Huts B&B Caburn

Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
