Our Agate Harbor Lakeshore Family Cottage

In our family for the last five decades, this homey Lakeshore cottage is prepped and ready to host newcomers to give them a taste of our Keweenaw Peninsula paradise. Enjoy a private beach with bonfire ring, recently renovated deck with furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms (with newer King, Queen & Twin beds). Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms on the waterfront. This is the best you will find. All the amenities - fast wi-fi, 3 TVs (satellite), full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking near the snowmobile trail. Mont Ripley is right nearby for skiers. Two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. New grill added on 6/19/2020. The home is being updated as needed. From new oven mitts to anything else needing an upgrade. Check out the pictures. Just a short drive to Eagle River, Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor.

Captains Quarter's is located in a unique fishing village with the Big Traverse River on one side and Lake Superior on the other. Inside the home large windows provide views of both the lake and the river. Your private beach on Lake Superior is 110 steps away from the back door. The sunrises along with views of the Huron Mountains, sandstone cliffs of Louis Point are a site to see, from the comforts of the home. Snowmobile trail is very close just 9/10's of a mile away.

Airport, and Lake Superior, this home has all you need to enjoy the amazing outdoor landscape of the Copper Country!

This peaceful paradise awaits your arrival, located just 15 minutes from Houghton and MTU. Sleeps 6 total. We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.
