In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

L'alloggio è situato al centro del piccolo borgo di Peschiera Maraglio, a 50 metri dall'imbarcadero per fare il tour del lago. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi, e a 300 metri si trovano la spiaggia pubblica e una fermata dell'autobus. L'isola (la più grande dei laghi europei) eletta tra i borghi piu’ belli d’Italia è collocata al centro del lago d'Iseo circondato da incantevoli montagne che si riflettono nello specchio d'acqua. Sulla cima è collocato il Santuario della Madonna della Ceriola da cui è possibile apprezzare la bellezza del paesaggio;nelle vicinanze il Castello Oldofredi risalente al '500 ed è possibile organizzare con traghetti privati il giro dell'isola e delle isolette di S. Paolo e Loreto. Particolarmente consigliate sono le passeggiate nei numerosi sentieri presenti sul territorio da fare sia a piedi che in bicicletta (con possibilità di noleggio direttamente sul posto).
