High ceiling and art stay

This lovely apartment (64m2) is warm and bright with a stylish vintage design, high ceiling and big artworks by photo artist Peter Burgstaller. My place is great for couples, families and business travellers, it offers plenty of space, a kingsize bed, a brand new kitchen. The flat is located in the 2nd district, which is very well-connected to the first district. At the moment the staircase is currently being renovated. I want to apologize for this inconvenience.The apartment is not effected.

Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).
