Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Sandra's place is simply amazing. The setting right on the lake cannot be beat. The host provided so many thoughtful little extras that are not typical from an array of spices to bug spray and sun screen. We plan to come back and stay here again in the future.

It's an amazing location. We got to watch the tugboats come and go. Easy walking distance to all of downtown Portsmouth. We stayed at the end of April and there was p!enty of street parking, and the Hanover Parking Garage is less than a block away. And good hosts!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Very nice place. Great views of the beach / ocean with direct access. Walking distance to all the places that are open in the off-season. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Great deck. All newly appointed. Perfect week.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy and had a welcoming atmosphere. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short drive to Stone Mountain Arts Center. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Thank you Rebecca and Bradford.

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

Cozy, clean apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wine and toiletries were an extra nice extra touch! Great communication!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

We loved it! Lots of space for 7 of us, plenty of bathrooms, plus space to put together a jigsaw puzzle, watch the football game, sit down and eat, or work if you have to - all at the same time!! In other words, lots of common areas to spread out in. Being right on the beach was wonderful. And downtown is about a mile stroll, so you can eat too much at the little crepe place and walk it off on the way home. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. Beautiful home and Rives made it very easy to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a mother daughter weekend end of March. Great location for each of us coming from different states in New England. The home was very clean, each of us commented on how comfortable the beds were, also loved the good quality linens. The huge dining table was unique for a rental and was awesome for sharing meals and doing arts & crafts. Lots of space and seating in the living room as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and just steps away from the lake—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful, especially at sunrise. Would definitely come back!

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Christine's place was the perfect home base for hiking and other activities in the area. It's cozy, well-located, and offers beautiful views from a screened-in porch that's right on the water. I'd happily stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Christophers place. He is a great host, always responsive with clear instructions. Place was peaceful, private and is exactly same as it was in the pictures. Will come soon!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
