BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. Welcome to Osaka! This two-story house(3 bedrooms, 72 square meters) is located in my hometown which is very safe and convenient. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka, so it's easy to access a lot of popular and famous places! It takes 4 - 5 min walk from the station to the house. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! Check in - 4 pm Check out - 11 am We can keep luggage before check-in time!

My house is located just 15 mins walking distance from JR Osaka Sta. The closest stations are Nakatsu Subway Sta. and Nakatsu Hankyu Sta. It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. To make sure all my guests' safety and health, I will do my best to provide you with a clean and safe residential environment.

It is located a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Shin-Osaka Station, a bullet train station. This is a detached house that is rare in Shin-Osaka. It was renovated using mainly natural materials. I would be happy if you could enjoy indirect lighting and other lighting as well. The bed and some types of pillows are comfortable and the bed sheets are silky satin. And home appliances are the latest and functional. Reception hours are 9:00-21:00 Japan time.
