Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

All prices are excluding tourist taxed (7% of the rental price plus 8€ per person per day).

And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. You can park in the streets (paid).

A unique house in central Amsterdam in a very cute little street. Only 4 tram stops away from Dam Square or a 15 min walk. It's a complete house with a small garden and a big grass area just behind our garden. Two bedrooms, one of them is a real spacious master bedroom. The other has a slightly higher double bed 1:40 x 2:00
