I absolutely love staying here. The property was spotless and cozy. It had an old school boho beach vibe. The bed was so comfortable and we fell asleep and woke up listening to the ocean. The view of the ocean from our front balcony was perfect. I’m seriously looking to book again before the end of the year. We will definitely return. Thank you!

The house was great and looked just like the photos! It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive when we had questions. We loved how close we were to the beach and the provided beach chairs, umbrella, etc were fantastic! We also really appreciated the provided streaming services - it was great to be able to watch Hulu without having to sign in to our account and switch our location. The local coffee shop was within walking distance and had great coffee and pastries, and the Publix was very convenient for picking up basics. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Heidi’s place!

Cheryl really has thought of everything. It exceeded my expectations and all the little details really made it feel so cozy and comfortable. Had a wonderful time. Paul was so welcoming when we ran into each other on my arrival and friendly throughout.

The apartment was super clean and had absolutely everything we could want or need while we were visiting. We had a couple questions the first day and Michael responded super quickly. The other tenants of the building are also very friendly and you can’t ask for a better view or location for beach days! We had 3 kids with us who needed naps and meals at varying times and it was soooo easy to just pop back and forth whenever we wanted or needed to. Having a washer and dryer were also convenient. And there are actually enough dishes for 6 people for a full day! We will definitely be going back here and highly recommend! 10/10

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

Had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean, quiet and steps from the beach. The local restaurants around the block are fantastic and just a short drive into old town really completed the trip! Thanks again, can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at beach break! The backyard was so peaceful and the beach was close enough to walk to. We rode our bikes to several places in town and enjoyed the local restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the town of St Augustine to check out the local history. It was only a 10 minute drive.

This was our first time using Airbnb and our experience with Tammy was wonderful! Her place was exactly as described with clear instructions for before, during, and after our stay. So many little touches made us feel like we were at a home away from home and we hope to be back to visit next year!

The beach house was a good fit for our family spring break. It had just enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 12. The house was in good condition, had a fully stocked kitchen and grill for cooking and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Speaking of the beach - it's a great wide beach with plenty of space to spread out and play. And the house was well equipped for a day at the beach with many chairs, towels and boogie boards at our disposal. The area has a couple of walkable restaurants but not the most convenient as you have to cross the busy A1A without a cross walk to get there. Definitely doable but not ideal. We'd definitely book again.

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

Close to the beach and our favorite taco shop. A1A burrito works! We were able to enjoy the evenings on the porch and walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop right down the road.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. Very nice place and was as described. David allowed us to check in early which was very kind. The only thing I wish I had known was to get to the beach there is a good amount of step stairs. I brought my Father who has Parkinson’s and he very much wanted to walk on the beach (and it’s super close to the condo) but the stairs. If you have bad knees, are elderly or for whatever reason stairs are difficult for you then you won’t be going to the beach right behind you.

We had the best stay at Jody’s home! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 little ones. A quick walk to the beach and heated pool made for the perfect beach vacation! The home is beautiful.

I loved my stay at this unit. The unit itself was very clean and located in such a lovely spot. Todd was very proactive and responsive regarding my stay. I will be looking for more of Todd’s bookings when I return to St. Augustine.

Ray and Heather’s place was exactly as described. Very clean, in a quiet location and super convenient access to the beach and within walking distance to so many restaurants. We had a great time, felt right at home and will definitely be returning!

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

We had an amazing week at Rebecca's condo!! Everything was very clean with great amenities. She was extremely responsive if we had any questions. The location cannot be beat - pedestrian walkway with traffic light is directly across the streat. We very highly recomend and hope to return next year!

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

We stayed at Jackie’s place for our anniversary and really enjoyed the privacy and direct access to the beach and pools. Our flight was delayed to the day after we were supposed to check but Jackie was very concerned and even offered us to stay another night if we wanted. We were happy with Jackie’s place and really enjoyed our accommodations.

This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.
