Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli Lo staff super disponibile, ci hanno consigliato ottimi ristoranti e dato qualche chicca sulle cose da visitare. Camera pulitissima curata in ogni dettaglio, colazione fantastica, tutto fatto in casa, da provare assolutamente la torta ricotta e limone, i biscottini con le mandorle e i taralli al vino ma anche le altre cose sono buonissime. Posizione molto comoda, parcheggio gratuito all’interno della proprietà. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare con più calma.

Posto tranquillo e silenzioso dove godere della pace dei territori. Ottima qualità-prezzo. Camere comode e con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Meravigliosa la piscina dove fare un tuffo o rilassarsi. Giovanna ed Emilia, due padrone di casa attente e gentili, disponibili nel farvi sentire a casa. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo, da Assisi a Santa Maria degli Angeli, da Perugia a Gubbio. Posto in cui probabilmente torneremo

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Thank you

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, und die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen bemüht und jederzeit für Fragen zu Verfügung. Das Frühstück war herrlich, und sehr zu empfehlen sind die selbstgemachten Marmeladen.

A lovely, lovely stay. Fabulous and kind hosts. Amazing breakfast. Spotless. Surrounded by nature. My only warning would be this is a great place if you are driving. If on foot +bags... start preparing now... the hill up to town is steep! It is walkable but it was definitely the least favourite part of my day. Thankfully the bus stop is fairly close at the top of the hill. Anyway, overall, I would whole-heartedly stay again. THANK YOU so much for an amazing stay.

Sehr süßes geräumiges Zimmer :) Ich hatte ein eigenes großes Badezimmer. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen und man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erkunden. Die Wohnung war vom Bahnhof aus mit dem Bus in 15 min gut zu erreichen :)

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft!! Hat jegliche Erwartung übertroffen. Wir konnten abends noch Frühstück für den nächsten Tag bestellen. Wirlpoolbadewanne war top! Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss 2 Minuten entfernt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön uns hat es sehr gefallen!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay at Franca's traditional home. It is furnished with interesting vintage and antique pieces that Franca has gathered during her travels. The setting is a short distance (about 10 minutes walk) outside the walls of Assisi, with Santa Chiara being the closest sight of interest. The street is a very quiet one, but be aware that you will need to walk uphill to reach the house. I took the bus from the train station and got off at Porta Nuova, which is quite close to the house. If you have heavy luggage (I had only a medium backpack) you probably should take a taxi. The guest room is quite large and has a door to the balcony, from which there is a beautiful view out over the Umbrian countryside. It was lovely to see lemons growing in pots on the balcony -- in February! Franca is a friendly and outgoing hostess, and her dog Argo is adorable. Breakfast was the usual Italian one (crossant or a pastry, and coffee). Grazie, Franca, arrivederci!

Appartamento a pochi km da Urbino. Ambiente pulito curato ed accogliente, ci si sente a casa . Con Daniele non ci siamo conosciuti personalmente, ma cmq sempre disponibile , ci ha accolto suo papà, persona adorabile gentilissimo molto premuroso. La colazione fantastica non manca nulla dolce e salato , con torte fatte in casa buonissime . Grazie

Grazie infinite per l’accoglienza e i consigli che ci avete dato! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, immersi nella natura, nella quiete e nel meraviglioso glicine che ci circondava durante la colazione! La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti e profumati! Torneremo sicuramente, a presto, Cristina e Mattia.

Elena et son mari sont très chaleureux et aux petits soins pour leurs voyageurs. Propreté irréprochable, le studio est très grand et convient facilement à une familles avec plusieurs enfants. Un plus, avec son grand jardin et la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Vero angolo di paradiso nelle colline marchigiane, Sergio ed Anna... Praticamente due amici, disponibili in tutto, persone speciali! Il B&B è curatissimo in ogni singolo particolare, colazione ricca e varia. Sicuramente consigliato!

Fabrizio est un hôte très attentionné, est intéressant a l'accueil, il nous a mis immédiatement à l'aise et en confiance ; il nous a donné de bonnes explications sur la ville de Spello. Sa demeure est franchement exceptionnelle. Bref, je recommande vivement tant pour la région magnifique que pour le logement superbe, et surtout pour la sympathie de Fabrizio. Nous sommes fans de l'Umbria et sans l'ombre d'un doute nous referons un séjour chez Fabrizio.

Absolute aanrader voor iedereen die Le Marche wilt verkennen. Schitterende accommodatie in een rustige omgeving maar met de auto in de buurt van alles wat je nodig hebt. Ik zou deze accommodatie aan iedereen aanbevolen en blind weer boeken wanneer ik in deze regio op vakantie ga. De hosts hebben hun best gedaan om je zo thuis mogelijk te laten voelen in een fijne, comfortabele schone omgeving en hebben zát tips voor dagtrips, eten en nog vele andere zaken. Wij hebben genoten.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Wat een paradijsje! Echt een heel erg mooie, rustige plek om te vertoeven. Een zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, prachtige schaduwplekjes met een leuk uitgekozen meubilair, frisse kamer (air-co) en een erg vriendelijke familie die ons heel hartelijk ontving en alles in het werk stelde om ons een geweldig verblijf te geven. Een echte aanrader!!

Ho avuto modo di passare solo una notte in questo b&b che mi sento di raccomandare sotto tutti i punti di vista. Camera pulitissima, arredata con mobili nuovissimi e con tutti i comfort necessari. Abbondante la colazione, con torte preparate in casa. Proprietario simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo a venirci incontro sia per l'orario di check-in che per quello di colazione. In sostanza, consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo casolare immerso nelle colline marchigiane. Una bellissima piscina dove prendere il sole e rilassarsi circondati da una vista stupenda e lontani dal caos. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. E Federica una padrona di casa eccezionale, il valore aggiunto di questa struttura, che ti fa sentire come se fossi una di famiglia. Un abbraccio dalla Romagna.
