Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Вилла в прекрасном состоянии, удобное расположение. Рядом магазины, кафе, шикарный вид. Большой панорамный бассейн, стильный дизайн, есть смарт ТВ, отличный интернет. До пляжа добираться 5–7 минут на байке или около 20 минут пешком. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно вернусь снова. Рекомендую!

We had a great stay at Lyn's place. This is the second time we have stayed at one of the Allamanda properties, and they are great value for money. Lyn's place was exceptional for the quality and location of the apartment. Will definitely go back many times more. Thanks, Lyn, for the wonderful experience you provided us.

Благодарность Владу за квартиру! Жилье очень понравилось. Оказалось лучше, чем ожидала. В доме было все необходимое. Сама квартира чистая и уютная, с прекрасным видом. Комплекс новый, рядом очень красивый парк с птицами, белками. Утром в парке можно заниматься йогой. Район очень красивый. Единственный минус района, что мало ресторанов, магазинов, массажных салонов. Но в целом это не проблема- я ходила пешком 1,5 км, также есть бесплатный трансфер на котором можно доехать. До моря идти минут 7-10 через парк. Сам пляж понравился. С радостью вернусь сюда еще!

This place was perfect for our little family. Fifi our 1 year old daughter loved the pool and the lovely mature garden. We loved the large veranda, the beds were very big and comfortable, something that often lets an AirBnB down! We were met at the property by Eve who was very helpful & friendly, she brought toys and pool accessories for the little one which she loved. There was a nice welcome package of fruit and drinks in the fridge of our very well equipped kitchen. The place is very close to local bars, restaurants & massage places but is still very quiet. Beaches are a short drive, we particularly enjoyed Nai Han beach as it was family friendly & Fifi loved the surf. Jean-Michael & Eve arranged a rental car for us that was waiting at the Villa with a child seat at a great price which was perfect for doing a bit of exploring. Overall a really great experience! We had such a lovely stay as a family in this spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. Everything was exactly as described – the location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach, and the pool in the complex was a real bonus that we all enjoyed. Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed, which really made us feel at home and taken care of. If you're a light sleeper, it's good to know there's a bit of background noise from the nearby road, but it was very minor and didn’t disturb us at all. Also, the curtains let in a little morning light, so they’re not 100% blackout – something to keep in mind. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

The villa is beautiful and well located, only 5 mins on scooter from the beach (although we would mostly go to a nice and small Banana beach). There are restaurants and massage places just around the corner, so it’s a comfortable stay. I mostly like the villa and its beautiful decor. Also want to thank Alexandra for the hospitality and fast communication about everything, it was a very pleasant stay!

Mahtava paikka. Ystävällinen palvelu ja aina sai apua ja vinkkejä niitä pyydettäessä. Majoittajalta sai sähköskootterin vuokrattua edullisesti. Alue rauhallinen joten kokematonkin kuljettaja voi huoletta vuokrata mopon. Kun mopoilua vähän aikaa harjoitellut majoituspaikan pikkutiellä, voi mennä isolle tielle ja kaikki tarvittavat palvelut mukavan ajomatkan päässä. Kävelymatkan (10-15 min) päässä oleva memories beach kiva ja turvallinen lapsen kanssa. Pitkä matala ranta ja hyvä ruoka. Myös lähellä oleva norsupaikka lasten ja lastenmielisten mieleen.

Really nice place and nearby the stores and gyms and the nai harn beach and rawai beach.. PD absolutely wonderfull guy helped me with everything and was very fast with answers and always avalaible would absolutely return to this place of other places of him

Pros+ 5 min from the beach Many restaurants and shops near Nice balcony to seat in evening Cons - It was little dirty Big road under you window so it's impossible for me to sleep without ear plugs.
