This is a great property, with spacious rooms along with a corridor, the best part is the serene beach view which makes the overall stay really delightful. Good service and maintenance by support staff.

Gayathri's Airbnb was the perfect place to stay when I was visiting in Chennai. Nestled in prime Besant Nagar neighborhood, the apartment was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and cozy setup. While I used it as a solo traveler, it can be ideal for a family of 6-8 easy. The location is close to and has easy access to a ton of restaurants and the Beach. The building has 24/7 security which makes it a safe place to stay. Gayathri and her team (Lakshmi) were consistently in touch with me and checked in with me every day to ensure that my stay was comfortable. For a personal trip and visiting Family in Chennai, this was an ideal stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will look to stay here again next time I am in Chennai.

Our stay at this apartment was excellent! The place was modern, well-furnished, and extremely clean. It had a cozy, home-like feel while offering all the conveniences of a hotel. I stayed in this apartment with my family for 4 days and 3 nights. It was very peaceful, happy and comfortable. The atmosphere here was neat and clean. we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future.... it was an amazing stay at the stay. Host (Sai) was very attentive and was always reachable. Helper Xavier was also very polite and helpful at all times during the stay. House was very private with less disturbances. absolute value for the money!!

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Had a really nice stay at this Airbnb. It’s a modern, newly built place that’s just a quick walk to the beach which we found convenient. It is very close to all the tourist spots in Mahabalipuram and is super convenient. The house is really spacious, clean and has all amenities. It is very comfortable and the breezy terrace is perfect for a coffee or for evening hangouts. Will be staying here again and would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay around here.

We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

An amazing place to stay near RK Beach. Located at Nowroji road,RK beach is at a walkable distance(less than half kilometres ). Jagadamba junction is also at a walkable distance (approx 1.5 km). Public transport was easily accessible because of the location. The apartment is located at a peaceful residential area. The apartment was very clean, has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Kitchen had all the utensils and accessories to cook. Although the apartment is on 1st floor, lift access was there. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Srinivas ji was always approachable and responsive. Local eateries are at a far location and I had to use Zomato. Except this everything was excellent

The host is very responsive, proactive and helpful. We spent night of 5th May 2025 with family and friends of 6 members. Kids were happy. There are toys, library of technical books in case you love to read something everyday. The location gives access to everything locally. We went in car, but managed most with walk only. We had to check out 4:30 am and the host was there in next minute! Thanks Ashish and parents for making a memorable stay!

Host is awesome. he will give you clear instructions and will keep all the necessary things for you. Maid will come every day. watchman is also very helpful. please stay hear if you visit vizag.

We stayed for couple of nights for our visa stamping. Place was nice and situated in a good neighborhood. Quite at night. Lot of grocery shops around. Walkable distance to the US consulate.

My team and I had the opportunity to stay at Mr. Subramaniam's home at Chennai. This was an extended stay for a period of 5 to 6 days. First of all, Mr. Adithiya from Mr. Subramanian's team was very helpful in ensuring the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The space was super clean and is as described in the photos. The rooms were cozy and more importantly, the location is great! Ordering in food or even going to the local store did not seem difficult. Would highly recommend this property to anybody who have some work in and around Thiruvanmiyur, IIT Madras, Adyar, Guindy and thereabouts.
