The entire unit was immaculate & super comfortable. Great location & easily walkable to restaurants, shopping & USNA. Ellen was a pleasure to deal with & always communicated on a timely basis. We had a fabulous stay!

Comfortable is the word to describe this place. Cute, cozy, clean with great walkability. Megan’s instructions were clear, easy and she was more than very responsive. We meandered through galleries, coffee shops and local restaurants. The Navel Academy tour was outstanding. The weather got in the way of our boat cruise. Plenty to see and do with great recommendations from our Airbnb host. Thank you Megan for a great weekend!

The place had exactly what you need. The home is clean, comfortable, and right in the heart of all the action. As described the parking is a challenge. We parked in the Hillman garage cause it was easy/safe and about $24 a day. Great place for early risers as the loading zone out front started getting loud at 7am every morning but we were up so it didn’t matter. The owners were super responsive but we didn’t have any issues.

Place is perfect and right in town. Excellent for visiting Navy or any reason to be in the heart of downtown Annapolis.

Would recommend for a group of 3-4 people! Beautiful location, and central to downtown but still far away enough that you can enjoy some quiet time and privacy. Excellent restaurants and so much to do/see. Would stay here again. It has everything you need for the night while you’re out and about during the day.

To say this place was perfect is an understatement! I didn’t want to leave! The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Some highlights: a location near the water with great views, extremely clean and beautifully decorated, easy parking and walkable to EVERYTHING! Marie is the perfect host - proactive with all the information and reachable with any questions! Even better, the per night cost is about half that of a hotel in town! There is no doubt I will be staying here again on my next Annapolis adventure. :)

Great little place in Annapolis. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Easy walk to USNA and the water also. David was a great host, quick to respond and very clear with information.

What a beautiful setting! As the others have said, it's in the perfect location with a beautiful view of St. Mary's church and the Maryland statehouse dome. Freshly renovated, you'll find a fully-tiled shower in place of the usual tub/shower combo. This is a perfect place for someone who does not like stairs. Easy access in and about the condo complex. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you'd like to do, if cooking in. There are no curtains in the windows of the living space. There is a shade in the bedroom. The bed is comfortable, as are the sofa and loveseat. My husband and I stayed here for 6 months while our house was being renovated, and we felt quite at home.

We are returning visitors to Annapolis but not stayed Eastport side before. Lovely neighbourhood. We really loved Scott’s place, exactly as described and we felt right at home. Scott was very responsive when we needed to ask anything. We cannot wait to visit again and will definitely look to repeat book.

First and foremost, Vacasa were extremely responsive to an issue that arose. The moment that I notified them of a problem with the unit (which wasn’t really their fault, nor ours), they moved quickly to resolve the issue. A+ there. Apart from that, the unit was great. Very clean, tastefully appointed and decorated. Only a 15 min walk to downtown, but there are other great restaurants even closer. Only negatives were minor: the view of the water was non-existent from inside the unit; the platform bed in the main BR may be too high for anyone with mobility issues (bring a stool); the other beds (a fold-out couch and a Murphy bed) don’t really offer any privacy; and the pool (that is literally in the title description) was inaccessible. I realize it’s not really pool season yet, but it WAS warm enough to swim when we visited, and my young daughter was looking forward to it. I just would’ve appreciated a heads-up in the ad that the pool was actually closed.

We stayed a week in Annapolis in November 2021. We wanted to use this location as our base to explore the Annapolis area, the Eastern Shore and see our son in D.C. Location was excellent. Historical District, City Dock and Eastport restaurants all very walkable. Condo was on a marina and fine for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with with pots, pans and utensils (we stayed in for dinner a couple of times). A suggestion would be to have some glassware that is not plastic and some sort of additional lighting for the dining area. Small suggestions to an otherwise very pleasant stay.

This property is located in a safe area and only a two minute drive to the nearest grocery store. The neighbors were quiet and non-disruptive. The property was odor free and very clean aside from a few bugs in the basement but that is to be expected. The interior was true to its listed description. I enjoyed my stay.
