Je verblijft op de bovenste verdieping van een herenhuis in de gezellige art deco wijk Zurenborg, die artistiek uitstraalt. Op wandelafstand van het centrum en de tram stopt achter de hoek. De Dageraadplaats met zijn restaurantjes en cafeetjes zijn een beleving op zich. Van hieruit kan je echt overal naartoe in onze koekenstad. Je kan ook gebruik maken van de bar op de 1ste verdieping met aanpalend terras.

Na 22u is de jacuzzi verboden. Parkeren is gratis rond het gebouw. Privé parkeerplaats is te huur. De tram stopt voor de deur en brengt je op 6 min naar station Centraal. De ideale locatie om Antwerpen te bezoeken. Het Sportpaleis, Trix, Bosuil, ligt allemaal op wandelafstand. Ontbijt is mogelijk.
