It was so nice not having stairs to climb to get in! It’s tucked away nicely, private, peaceful, lovely board walk to the bay side! Very clean and easy to keep clean. We had a very relaxing trip and stay!

Not our first time to Mexico Beach…this was ideal location for beach and who we were there to see. Nice, clean, great water view. Walkable to new brewery, Mango Marley’s, and local coffee shop.

Cute little beach shack, right on the water with beautiful views and walking distance to town!! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Excellent location, amazing views of St. George bay and a couple of blocks away from the gulf. A true treasure of an area with minimal crowds and friendly folks. Quick response to any questions we had while there, within minutes. Sunsets, sunrises, and stars at night were unbelievable.

William has everything we needed on hand. He was extremely helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely come back.

This place could not have been more perfect for a family vacation with young kids. They had so many amenities and little touches (like beach toys, wagons, kitty pool, high chair, beach chairs, towels, etc). It made packing much easier. It was also very clean and organized. The community was great to explore on a golf cart and the pool was nice and warm with a gradual shallow end for our toddlers. We had the most relaxing week! Thanks for making it special!

This place was absolutely wonderful for our family! It provided everyone with their own space, and we loved that it was just a quick stroll to the beach.

Our family had a wonderful stay! This place is ideally located with an EASY walk to the beach, the best little grocery, a seafood market, and a couple of restaurants. House was well appointed, private, and comfortable! The heated pool made the trip for our kids, and was comfortable even on cool nights. The pool guy came by twice while we were there for the week, so it was always clean. We will certainly visit this home again in the future.

We loved our stay. Everything was flawless and easy. The place was perfectly fitted with everything we needed for our 3-night stay and trips to the beach with our two young kiddos. We will be booking again next year!

Superb! Caroline's place was beautifully appointed and so comfortable it felt like home. We especially enjoyed spending time relaxing and taking in the bay views on the screened porch. I honestly would have been content to just sit on the porch listening to the birds in the surrounding pines all day. Caroline provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had plenty of cookware for preparing our own meals when we didn't take advantage of the dining options in nearby Port St. Joe and Apalachicola. We also really appreciated the bikes (the bike trail that runs right by the house is great for exploring the peninsula).

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

I think by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in and the location was great! Walking distance to the beautiful pool, ocean and sunsets. Our first time to this area and will definitely return again.

Loved our stay! The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed the pool at the main entrance to Windmark, the kids were able to walk from that pool to the pizza place and ice cream shop. They had live bands two of the nights we were there at the Mill Mercantile and Social in Windmark! Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for the kids to enjoy! Everyone was so nice, great communication with host and will definitely be going back!

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

It was a good stay. The pictures were accurate. It was well supplied and had everything we needed.

We had an awesome stay! We ran into a little problem at first, but the host Ashley was a blessing to us! She got the problem solved and got us tooking care of and it didn't take but a few minutes. She was very helpful and understanding with us. Ashley responded quick and she was very professional. We really enjoyed ourselves for my grandmother's 80th birthday celebration! Mexico Beach Florida will be our new place to go on our family vacation. Thanks so much Ashley!

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

It was a great place to stay- steps away from beach, everything that you need is provided! Only wish I would’ve known that Mexico beach is NOT dog-friendly. Had to travel a mile down to Gulf county line where the beach is dog-friendly. But it still worked out and we had a great time with our family of 4 and our pup.

Condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Spent two months at Drift Away. The condo is very large/spacious, clean and centrally located in Carrabelle. Michelle was very helpful during our stay. While visiting I suggest St. Port Joe and the town of Appalachiacola. We spent time at Harry’s Bar and found the locals charming. Morning Bite for breakfast was a regular stop for us! Definitely recommend Drift Away!
