This unique house is ideal for family or group of friends holidays. An old converted Venetian fort house, over three floors, it now sleeps a total of 9 in the main house and another 2 in the guest house. Its interiors are warm, original, full of colour with utterly authentic furniture.Situated at the top of a large plot of land inside the village of Lamyra, the house has its own extensive private garden with citrus trees and ortasias flower beds. There is also a little private family church.

Fisherman's sea side villa

The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.

Το πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπιτι είναι τμήμα παλαιού πετρόκτιστου πυργόσπιτου από την εποχή της Τουρκοκρατίας και βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού Αποίκια, σε ένα ήσυχο και καταπράσινο περιβάλλον. Η πρόσβαση στο σπιτι γίνεται μέσω σκαλοπατιών του μονοπατιού που αποτελεί τμήμα της δημοφιλούς πεζοπορικής διαδρομής Νο 2 με ενδιάμεση στάση το τρεχούμενο ιαματικό νερό της πηγής "Σάριζα" και έχει απόσταση 100 μέτρα από τον αυτοκινητόδρομο.
