Great outlook, short bus ride to Bari City Centre, beach across the road, two supermarkets nearby, we were there in shoulder season and a weekend, bookings maybe required at the restaurants nearby. spacious apartment, as we were there in spring found the central heating made the apartment very cosy. Serves as a great base to explore Puglia and surrounds. Luca was great to communicate with.

Great place nearby the sea with plenty of balcony space and facilities. We stayed over the winter holidays so it was very quiet, and we know the area already it gets busier in summer. Check-in/out was very easy and we received all instructions.

We stayed with a toddler in January and loved the view from the balcony over the raging sea. Quiet location, walkable distance from town and restaurants. Grocery stores nearby. Alessandra was friendly and responsive as a host, and Veronica was kind and professional when checking us in. The place was clean and tidy. Wifi was good enough for remote-work. Please note that electricity is charged on top of your booking fee, and the price is according to current market price. Also note that host and local host are not able to communicate through telephone or SMS or Signal, only Whats app.

Tania is the loveliest person ever. Her apartment has everything you need, like iron or coffee machine and a lot of space. The balcony is very cosy and the beds quite comfortable. The shower has hot water and great water pressure. Remember not to use too many electric devices at once, because it might be a short circuit. We will be back!

My family of 5 (2 kids, 1 baby, 2 adults) needed a getaway from Germany’s cold winter and staying at Simonetta’s apartment was the perfect escape! We were greeted on the night we arrived and checked in on throughout our weeklong stay. The house was squeaky clean, spacious, had amazing beautiful views, and was extremely walkable to anything we may have needed. She went above and beyond In listing all of the services and amenities that were offered, she even had a cake delivered for my husband’s birthday that week. It was so delicious and such a nice surprise for him! She was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. There’s a grocery store across the building that made getting snacks and things to cook for my family so easy. The apartment patio is incredible! We all enjoyed soaking up the sun and watching the ocean and spent most of our time there. We would 100% stay in the apartment again and loved our vacation in Monopoli <3

Grazia e Antonio sono stati super ospitali, sin da subito ci hanno fornito ogni possibile indicazione. La casa è molto comoda, ha una vista impagabile sul mare e guardare le onde dalle ampie vetrate di casa risulta molto rilassante e suggestivo. La terrazza è grandissima, peccato solo per la visita nel mese di dicembre che non ha permesso di stare fuori. Grazia ci ha consentito di spostare in avanti il check out, di circa due ore, permettendoci una ripartenza più comoda. All’arrivo ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino. Davvero fantastici, consiglio vivamente!!!

Esperienza più che positiva, l'appartamento era pulitissimo e fornito di tutto. La posizione molto centrale e vicina ai locali più conosciuti ed infine la signora Laura è stata estremamente disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, dandoci anche l'opportunità di effettuare il check-in negli orari a noi più comodi. Ci tornemo sicuramente!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, emplacement parfait pour visiter cette partie des Pouilles. L'accueil par Letizia et les différents échanges on était vraiment super.Le logement était dans un état impeccable. Je le recommande vivement.

I just cannot describe how much of a paradise this house/location is. Rossa and her father were extremely kind and helpful. Gifts, great smiles and availability. Everything clean and tidy. The house is equipped with everything we need to be comfortable. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. The outside shower is delicious. The location is priceless. The amount of peace that we got there cannot be described. Please, don’t change your mind about being WiFi free!!! We will surely be back.

Simona est une hôte très gentille, qui fait son maximum pour vous mettre à l'aise et vous renseigner sur les alentours. La maison a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Accès direct sur la plage Je recommande !

Ho alloggiato in questa splendida casa per le vacanze di Natale con la mia famiglia. Locali grandi e molto accoglienti,la casa arredata con gusto ed eleganza, in cucina non mancava proprio nulla.Gli spazi esterni molto curati. La signora Lorella è una persona fantastica ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha coccolati nel vero senso della parola facendoci trovare addobbi Natalizi, un cestino di benvenuto, ci ha portato la mattina dopo al nostro arrivo dei pasticciotti caldi buonissimi e la mattina di Natale dei dolci tipici fatti da lei, i purcedduzzi. Ringrazio di cuore la signora Lorella e suo marito per tutto!

Arturo e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti piacevolmente .. estremamente carini . L'alloggio nella sua semplicità e pulizia ha tutto il necessario ed anche più per permettere di trascorrere qualche giorno di serenità. Vista mare impagabile .. per staccare la mente. Our family stay at Cosimo's was perfect. From start to finish the experience with Cosimo was easy and pleasant. He was very quick to respond to any questions our family had before arrival and during our trip. His father let us in and showed us around the house when we arrived. He was such a nice man, going out of his way to try and make sure we were comfortable. The house itself is even nicer when you're there. The outside area is amazing, we spent most of our time here. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation is there. The beach is literally across the street, you can view it from the roof of the house. It takes less than a minute to walk there. We had a rented car so going to the stores and food shopping was very easy to do. There are recommendations at the house for restaurants and other things to do in the area. Overall the experience was perfect, and my family and I hope to return here one day for a second stay.

Bien situé pour visiter autour et fonctionnel.

Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind war der Check In völlig problemlos - ebenso wie der Check out. Giovanni war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet und immer eine gute Lösung gefunden, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick auf der wir unser Frühstück genießen konnten. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war tadellos, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße- man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt und am Meer. Giovanni und seine Frau Francesca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen

Highly recommend this lovely apartment. Immaculately clean and very comfortable with a beautiful outlook. Great location with street parking and an easy walk along the water into town. Vittorio is a very friendly and exceptional host who provided a lot of very helpful information. Highly recommend the local walking tour, if you have a chance to do it. The information on the history of Otranto and the cathedral is very interesting. Thanks Vittorio, we loved our stay in Otranto.

Een geweldig appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht. Leuke restaurants om de hoek en je staat met een paar stappen op het strand. Wij komen graag terug!

Perfekt. Giorgio war sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Er war hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und hat uns immer rasch geantwortet. Die Terrasse ist spektakulär. Grazie mille.

Anna war hilfsbereit, total sympathisch und voll nett. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Juwel in der Altstadt von Molfetta. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Reinigungsperle war superpünktlich und auch wenn wir kein italienisch sprechen, so hat alles wunderbar gepasst! Grazie mille!

We highly recommend Lucia’s beautiful place if we could give 10 stars we would! The location is perfectly situated near to the old and new town and the sea front, everything is reachable in 10-15min walk. Lucia is the kindest host we have ever experienced, she helped us so much and made us feel at home. Her restaurant recommendations are fantastic we went to 3 she had in her list and loved them all! The flat itself has everything you could need and is comfortable and stylish. We would love to return and stay longer to explore other areas. Thank you Lucia 🥰

Staying at Alessandro’s was perfect for our vacation. It is very peaceful and quiet, the terrasse and private access to the sea were worth ot already. Also it‘s a great location to explore the region from a less touristic starting point. Would have chosen this airbnb again! Alessandro and his father were always there for help, super friendly and the place was more spacious than it looked. Can highly recommend - thank you for everything!
