Renta de lofts vacacionales en Apulia

Krásný a čistý byt v docházkové vzdálenosti od nádraží i starého města. Byt vypadá přesně jako na fotkách a je dobře vybavený. Hostitel po celou dobu aktivně komunikoval a osobně nás přivítal. Byt je vhodný pro dvě osoby, ale i tři se bez problémů vejdou. Děkujeme hostiteli za krásný pobyt.

This is a stunning place to stay in beautifully restored accommodation giving you the best of both worlds, traditional Italian building with luxury of modern facilities ( best shower!) and lovely pool. The pool must be one of the cleanest we have ever come across and great design, smooth curved edges and no slipping. Fabio and Dorit are perfect hosts, there when you need them, friendly, easy going and leave you little presents of pastry. Ostuni is close by, a great place to spend time, walking around, eating or enjoying a drink and watching world go by. We went in September and found the roads quite quiet compared to Northern Italy so fairly stress free driving, and tourist spots were busy but not crowded.

Très belle appartement décoré avec goût, bien localisé pour visiter à pied Matera. La literie est confortable. De très bons restaurants nous ont été suggérés pour déguster les spécialités locales. Solution de stationnement payant sans tracas.

Great Airbnb in Monopoli. At the perfect halfway point between the centro storico and the train station to travel to neighboring towns. Tiziana and Stefania were super responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. The apartment is on the street level which is great compared to other B&Bs in the area that have tons of stairs when you have a lot of luggage. However if you are a light sleeper I would bring earplugs. We were 4 people and stayed comfortably, think 2 people is the ideal. The pull out bed from the sofa was very comfortable and they have a SmartTV and strong WiFi (if working remotely). Overall: recommend!

Mooi appartement en mooie locatie aan het oude centrum. Enige minpunt is het lawaaierige pizzarestaurant aan de overkant. Op weekenddagen staat de muziek daar erg hard en zingt de eigenaar mee. Dat duurt tot 00.00.

The accomodation was very close to the historical area of sassi. It was very spacious and that bath tub was working as well. Kitchen and bathroom were also very clean. Vincenzo allowed us to check in earlier than the designated time. We recommend this place!

Loft piccolo e molto familiare... Hai come l'impressione di sentirti a casa tua. I proprietari della casa molto ospitali e cortesi, disponibili a tutte le nostre richieste. Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto una mini guida di dove fossero i posti più importanti e cosa c'era da vedere. La casa molto pulita e con tutto quanto disponibile, da piatti e bicchieri alla lavatrice. Non poteva andarci meglio!

Mi sono trovato molto molto bene. Mi ha colpito in particolar modo pulizie e servizi. Per quanto riguarda il proprietario una persona splendida, gentile, cordiale molto professionale. Insomma sono pienamente soddisfatto. Consigliato.

We are so very grateful that we found Angela's place. It was a last minute booking for us and we didn't have very high expectations. If we would have had though, the high expectations would have been met!! We stayed in the loft apartment and it was very clean, very practical furnished and very quiet and peaceful. There was everything you needed. The pool was cold but I love that since it was hot summer when we visited. Sun all day on the sun chairs!! Her two dogs were lovely. Angela as a host is the best host I've ever had during all my airbnb stays. Very attentive, easy communication, super friendly and really helpful. I would most definitely come back to casa pistacchio. The house is located at the bottom of the city (its a steep and cool city!), and the accommodation provided parking. Grazie mille Angela 🫶

Nice and clean accommodation provided by a very nice hostess/owner. Upon arrival, she welcomed us and gave us all the information about the possibilities of activities in the area. Room with a furnished kitchen and a large bathroom is located on the first floor with an elevator, the room has a large shady terrace where you can not only dry your clothes, but also use the washing machine. We had a parking space near the apartment, which is in a closed courtyard. The surroundings are beautiful. There is a beautiful beach almost on the doorstep. Right next door you will find a bar with great coffee and the possibility of breakfast or a small lunch, right next door there are also restaurants where you can have dinner. The view of the city is amazing. Thank you to the hostess for the stay and we highly recommend it.

An excellent place to stay. Check in with Chiara was really well organized. Place was spotless and really well equipped. Bed terrific. We could not have been happier. A good restaurant in the adjoining piazza was an absolute bonus.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, grazie anche all’estrema disponibilità e gentilezza di Roberta. L’appartamento rispecchia l’annuncio e lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa con la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto sotto casa.

OTTIMA ESPERIENZA. HO CHIESTO SE CI STAVA LA POSSIBILITA' DI FARE UN BARBECUE E MI E' STATO COMPRATO NUOVO AL MOMENTO DELL'ARRIVO E GIA' QUESTO PUO' BASTARE PER AVERE UN OTTIMA VALUTAZIONE. CASA PULITA, E CON TUTTO IL NECESSARIO PER PASSARE GIORNI TRANQUILLI. LA VICINA DI CASA CHE CI REGALA OLIO DI OLIVA E LA SIGNORA ROSARIA CHE CI REGALA ORIGANO FRESCO SONO STATE LA CILIEGINA SULLA TORTA!!!GRAZIE DI TUTTO

The attic apartment was perfect for the two of us. The building has an elevator but you do need to climb up one small set of stairs, not a complaint by any means just an as FYI if you have a big suitcase. The apartment had everything you needed, stove, mini fridge, 2 ways to make espresso, toaster oven, washer. If you do use the washer don't be a silly goose like me and NOT put the drainage tube in the bidet. 😅 There is a cute little market a few meters away and the historic center is within walking distance. I took day trips after I finished exploring Delicito. Bovino, Accadia, and Melfi are definitely close enough if you have a car. The bed is technically a sofa bed but it is at least a queen size, maybe even a king. My partner and I aren't very big or tall people so we had lots of space. The bedding was very comfortable and plush. The mattress again was surprisingly comfortable. Pietro was very hospitable and kind before, during, and after our stay.
