As far as hosting and hospitality goes, Athanasia went above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. We were given some really helpful tips and recommendations, especially on where to dine. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and lent itself perfectly to our needs, which was to have a property within close proximity of local amenities, whilst benefitting from privacy and quietness. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee (Nespresso machine and capsules) and utensils should you decide to cater for yourselves. Athanasia's property is aptly named Serendipity! Serendipity is a perfect and leading example of what is expected from an Airbnb property! Thank you Athanasia for everything and we'd definitely stay again!

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

Komunikacja jest w tym przypadku na najwyższym poziomie, dzięki czemu proces zameldowania jak i sam pobyt są bezproblemowe. Apartament wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach i jest bardzo wygodny, jedyny problem to połączony prysznic z toaletą co powoduje że jest tam ciągle mokro, ale to że łazienka jest mała widać na zdjęciach. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, bardzo łatwo można dostać się z lotniska i w drugą stronę, a do głównych zabytków można dojść pieszo, lub w razie potrzeby skorzystać z komunikacji miejskiej. Okolica jest spokojna, bezpieczna, oraz blisko do wielu sklepów, kawiarni, restauracji. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

Wunderschöne Lage. Von der Akropolis aus 15-20 Minuten Rückweg. Dahin zu laufen würde ich aber nicht empfehlen weil es steil bergauf geht. Am besten Taxi dahin und zu fuss zurück bergab. Ausser ihr seid sportlich. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Parkhaus in der Nähe kostet 35-40€ am Tag/Übernachtung. Nichts negatives zu erwähnen! Super.

The apartment was perfect! Walkable distance from the beach and supermarket. It is fully renovated and fully furnished and equipped. The beds are also hotel-type beds. Whatever we wanted was there! Even things that I miss at my place haha. The host was friendly, kind, proactive and super helpful providing us with detailed instructions and support. We had the chance for a late check out without extra charge. I will come back for sure very soon!

Everything was as described. Good location, great host , clean/nice place . Would definitely recommend to anyone and I look forward to staying there again.

Först tänkte jag klaga på sängen för jag upplevde den som stenhård. Men så frågade jag chatGPT som förklarade att det är ett problem för personer från de nordiska länderna som är vana vid mjukare sängar och bäddmadrasser. Därför blir det 5 stjärnor rakt av! Lägenheten har perfekt funktion, fantastiskt centralt läge med närhet till precis allt! Vi köpte 5 dagar tunnelbanekort och tog oss överallt. Jag är själv uthyrare på airbnb och blev mycket inspirerad av Lucas trevliga och förebyggande meddelanden. Jag reste med en ungdom som ibland ville stanna kvar på rummet när jag skulle göra ett ärende. Tyvärr behöver man ta med sig nycklarna för att ta sig in igen och då blir lägenheten totalt mörklagd, strömlös och utan wifi men det tror jag säkert att Lucas kan lösa om man vet om det från början.

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία κοντά στη θάλασσα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και η υποδοχή πολύ φιλόξενη. Ευχαριστούμε!

Es el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Grecia. Dimitris es un amor. Nos contestaba rápido, estaba super atento. Nos esperó hasta las 6 de la mañana debido al retraso de nuestro vuelo. Sus recomendaciones de sitios en los que comer por la zona fueron perfectas. La casa es preciosa. Nos sentíamos como en casa. Las vistas son increíbles. Transmiten mucha paz. Las camas son cómodas y en la casa hay de todo. Es un buen lugar de partida para ver la zona. Es en un pueblito pequeño pero muy cerca del mar y de las playas. Gracias Dimitris!!!

La casa di George è davvero un’ottima soluzione. È come sentirsi a casa. Begli spazi, ben divisi e ottimamente tenuti. 4 camere spaziose ognuna con bagno in camera offrono grande privacy e comodità. Gli spazi comuni sono generosi e ben congegnati e consentono di godersi appieno il soggiorno. La casa è in cima alla collina, ma vale la salita che ti consente di staccare dalla vitalità del porto e riposarti appieno. George è stato straordinario. Sempre disponibile e cortese. Consigliatissimo!

Eleni en Markos, zijn lieve verhuurders. Ze hebben een fantastische accommodatie opgezet waar je in alle rust in een prachtige tuin van fruitbomen en olijfbomen helemaal tot rust komt. Het huisje is super charmant ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. Van de hangmat, verwarmde buiten douche tot de heerlijke veranda. Ze hebben goede tips voor wandelingen en restaurants. Je loopt in 10 minuten naar het centrum waar alles is. Het strand is nog dichterbij. Er stond heerlijk fruit uit eigen tuin voor ons klaar. Van de eerste tot de laatste seconden genoten van deze plek en mensen. In onze top 3 van heel veel jaren Peloponnesos. Dank en hopelijk tot volgende jaar.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Franks Haus. Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, die Natur lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr, es ist total liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl dort gefühlt und hatten erholsame 10 Tage dort. Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Etagen und mehreren Terrassen war für uns perfekt. Frank ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleich erreichbar, wenn man ihn braucht. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir sehr gerne an diesen tollen Ort zurückkommen.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο, καινούρια έπιπλα και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Ο Δημήτρης είναι οικοδεσπότης που ενδιαφέρεται να προσφέρει ποιοτικές υπηρεσίες φιλοξενίας, ανταποκρίνεται πολύ γρήγορα στην επικοινωνία. Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ ήσυχη αλλά σε 2 λεπτά με τα ποδια είσαι μέσα στα εμπορικά σοκάκια. Η αυλή του σπιτιού θα σας μαγέψει!

We had a great time! The house was very cozy , clean and well equipped with peaceful surrounding. We were very happy to meet Mr. Christos , he was very friendly, helped us with whatever we needed straight and gave us recommendations. We had a very nice experience in general and will definitely visit again. 🤍

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Logement bien localisé à proximité des grands sites touristiques de Athènes. Commerce à 5 minutes à pied. Métro à moins de 10 minutes à pied, accès de l'aéroport en 1 heure environ. Belle terrasse avec vue sur l'Acropole. Appartement bien équipé. Tout était d'une grande propreté : l'ensemble de l'appartement, la salle de bain, la partie cuisine, la chambre et le lige mis à disposition. La procédure d'arrivée est facile et la communication avec l'hôte durant le séjour est rapide. Nous avons passé 3 belles journées à Athènes...et un grand merci pour la petite attention à l'accueil.

Localização excelente. Próximo de tudo, fácil de caminhar e ver muita coisa interessante. Ótimos restaurantes. Anfitriões respondem rapidamente e dão muitas dicas locais. Foi tudo ótimo em nossa estadia.

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Alt var perfekt! Boligen var en smule mindre end den så ud på billederne, men der var alt dét, der skulle være. Vi nød virkelig tagterrassen- det er fantastisk

Great place, close to everything. Views from the rooftop pool were amazing. Had an issue with AC just one day as it was hot, but other than that it was a perfect stay. She was very accommodating. Thanks! 😊

Alex was a wonderful host! He was very helpful and very quickly responsive to any questions. It was very easy to communicate with him! The place was very comfortable! We quickly got used to it and the balconies were also very useful. Furthermore, the location is very useful if you would like to experience both the city center and the Athens riviera. I would definitely recommend this place to all, it felt like home. Next time I visit Athens I know where to stay. Massive shoutout to Alex! Great host, great place.
