We have the best of both worlds, stunning countryside & easy access to local amenities. We’re on Domen Fawr which is over 1653ft high. At the top you can see Pen y Fan & central Brecons. Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Please ask us in advance as we have our own dogs.

Blaenavon Log Cabin in the town of Big Pit

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space, close the curtains, light the log fire and chill to some music or maybe watch a film of your choice on Netflix. The cabin in situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons close to the market town of Abergaveny, with walks, Cycle rides including mountain biking, cold water swimming. The cabin as heating on at all times, but if you want that wow factor, light up the log fire and just relax. (If you have never lit a log burner we can show you how to do it)

Upstairs, double bedroom, TV, Hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, bedside cabinets lamps, Iron & ironing Board. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons
