Catch up on your favorite shows in the living room with our 65 inch HD smart TV, or watch a movie while cozied up on our comfy queen size bed using the second tv in the bedroom. Our space has a kitchenette to prepare meals, and a full size bathroom. The covered patio boasts comfortable seating surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery. No smoking or vaping is allowed allowed inside or outside.

Welcome to my home! My home is in a quiet community in N. Chandler, AZ. I do not allow pets. The home feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (1 BR is an office), 2 bathrms & vaulted ceilings. I have a beautiful salt wtr aquarium. The back yard has a large patio, fire pit, fountain, elec fireplace, flowers and very private. There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.

The casita was just finished being completely renovated with brand new flooring, paint, appliances, kitchen cabinets, walk-in closet, bathroom, brand new BEDAGA king-size mattress, furnishings, whisper-quiet air conditioner, LED lighting, smooth stucco, and brand new fixtures (updated in January 2021). In addition, the casita has its own washer/dryer for your use only so you can travel light. CableTV, lightning fast WiFi, Amazon FireStick with Netflix are all provided at no extra charge.

Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage. Pool is not heated
