Welcome to the Wild West 40. This cabin is 1 of 8 located on the Arizona Strip just 3 miles off the highway, yet away from it all. Majestic views of red and purple mountains. This cabin has a queen bed and a twin mattress in the loft area ladder has a limit of 200 pounds. Our cabins have everything from a stove top, microwave, fridge, hi sped internet, big screen TVs and video games. Feel free to make a camp fire in front or feed the animals out back. Grabs some fresh eggs 🍳 for breakfast!

The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. It's a good stop-over for travelers "just passing through" as we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the I-17 freeway.

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.
