Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

Elegant & inviting, this room defined by a dramatic archway that separates 2 distinct living spaces: a high-top near the wet bar + sitting area at the foot of the bed. The corner windows offer one of the best perspectives in KC. All 8 guest rooms have private bedrooms & bathrooms. Heads up: our lobby bar is open most Wed–Sat, with quiet hours starting at 1 AM. Not ideal for light sleepers! There’s no TV, and our linens lean crisp over cushy, thanks to the commercial sanitizing service we use.

Ozark King - A Private Suite with Eclectic Charm

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

The Historic Commercial Hotel (Est.1868) on the Downtown square in beautiful Osceola,Missouri. Old world feel with modernized accommodations. The Historic Commercial Hotel has numerous themed rooms which are designed and named after past historical guests. This specific room is "The Sally Rand Suite". Named after past historical guest Sally Rand ( 1904 – 1979) who was an American burlesque dancer and Silver Screen star, most noted for her ostrich feather fan dance and balloon bubble dance.

We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls. hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most of the patio rooms also have enclosed private outdoor patios. All rooms enjoy outdoor entrances, ceiling fans and unshared HVAC systems. Available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds and microwaves, refrigerators, free coffee, and guest robes. Some of the rooms are “dog friendly” with a $35 per dog per night charge

Rockwood Motor Court, on historic Route 66, was built in 1929. Each room is themed and furnished to the era of Route 66. Camp Rockwood pays homage to the important history of motor courts along the road. It is decorated with historic photos of Rockwood and other courts and motels. Newly renovated in 2019, you’ll enjoy clean and comfortable room amenities while experiencing authentic motor court lodging. Need more space? The ‘Avery’ is a must see studio space w/ free parking; featuring designer furniture and linens. Perfect location steps from the Plaza. This unit features a full kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with original 1899 windows and hand selected mid-century modern furniture by local design firm Built Design.
