Tijdens jullie verblijf gratis geparkeren in de kelder van gebouw. Ook gratis zwemmen in het gemeenschappelijke zwembad . Woonkamer met keuken , badkamer en slaapkamer met dubbel bed . In de woonkamer kan een derde persoon slapen op de bank. Voor rolstoel-patienten : deur lift , badkamer zijn slechts 68 cm .

Our place is in the top floor of our recently built, modern building and it offers a veranda with the city views. We are in the center of Armação de Pêra with a very short walk to the beach. Nice cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants near us and on the beach. We are located less the 100 meters to the beach and the main strip. Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.

La posizione assolutamente favorevole all'inizio dell'isola pedonale vi permetterà sia piacevoli passeggiate lungo costa sia di attraversare la strada e accedere direttamente alla spiaggia libera.
