We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

We are 15 min. from Downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly University. Our location is ideal for exploring the Gorgeous Central Coast.

Tranquil 5 Acre Ranch Style Retreat

Enjoy a peaceful couples getaway, or spend the weekend with the whole family at our house. The property is enclosed by trees for complete privacy, and features a large patio and a second story balcony. There is also a second driveway with room for an r.v. or two and a grill for a relaxing evening bbq. There is also a 2000 square foot barn, tables, and chairs available for larger gatherings. Pricing based on size of the gathering and time of year.

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
