Great place to stay. Home was bigger than expected, clean, & very well stocked with necessities. Host was very responsive.

Ryan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was very nice and very well taken care of. We had a great weekend!

Victoria's place was very nice for our family visit. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were all clean and functional. The layout is on three floors (including a finished basement), and the bedrooms are distributed on all the floors. This was fine for us, but be aware if you have mobility issues. The bathrooms look like they were recently remodeled and were very attractive. The kitchen is not very big (a shortage of cabinets), but it was sufficiently stocked and thoughtfully laid out. This is literally the only AirBnB I've stayed at that had functional non-stick pans! The location is in the western suburbs of Denver. This was great for us (family lives around the corner), but it's a typical suburban area so you will need a car to go anywhere. On the plus side, there are hundreds of convenient restaurants and stores within a short drive, and food delivery options were plentiful. There's a walking trail directly behind the house that connects to a larger trail system.

The location was perfect. It was away from downtown or college area, so outside was quiet. A couple people, not the owner, live upstairs and their footsteps were bit noisy sometimes. Walking distance to an amazing walk around a small lake and view of hills with paragliders. Jean respond to questions very fast and she was very nice. I highly recommend staying her place!

Our stay was amazing! The place was exactly as the pictures shows. The interior and atmosphere makes us not want to leave the place and just stay the whole day. Thanks for being such a nice and attentive host, Todd!

It was a four night stay. Nice place with all the right amenities for a comfortable stay away from home. I chose to park out front on the street and spaces were always available. Great communication with the owner. I would stay there again.

10/10 home in a 10/10 neighborhood! Alex and his wife are incredible hosts who made us feel right at home. From super comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen to a park and playground literally right outside the back gate, this home was absolutely perfect! They have books of recommendations for things to do in Denver and they gave us even more local hidden gem recommendations! We recommend this home to anyone who wants to explore all that Denver has to offer!

Maddie was a wonderful host and we loved the place. We were a short drive into Nederland for shopping and restaurants. The view of the lake and mountains with snow (December) were stunning. The hot tub was a welcomed amenity after our hikes, skiing and snowmobiling. The house has three levels which was great to put the young parents and baby in the upper bedroom and we split the next two levels between three couples. The bottom bedroom is a suite and we were able to use it for our lively board games away from the sleeping baby (we used a monitor of course!). We definitely recommend Maddie as a host and this house to anyone visiting Nederland and the environs. Winter Park was an easy 90 minute drive and hiking options only 15 minutes away. All of this made for a perfect family vacation during Christmas.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place! It is located right across the street from Sloan's Lake, so every day we took a long walk around the lake to start our day! The location is also close to restaurants and stores that we walked to and since we did not have a car. The Airbnb itself was really clean and nicely decorated! The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. And it had everything we could have needed for a long weekend. There is also a common area patio that we really enjoyed as well. There was great communication with Maria and her husband throughout our stay! They were very responsive right away to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Maria's place and would absolutely stay here again!

Very friendly hosts. Was nicely decorated and had all amenities as described. Digital lock on outside door and entry to the AirBNB is from inside their home. But we had no problem with it. Off street parking in their driveway. Nice location near the main shopping & restaurant area of town. We would stay there again.

Definitely worth staying there when visiting Colorado I’ll definitely try to book it again

Was in Denver to help my son recover from knee surgery. Jack’s place was the right size, clean, and comfortable. It’s near stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Jack provided timely communication. Would certainly stay again next time I’m in town.

Kendal was a great host. very helpful and responsive. The place was just as advertised. loved taking morning walks on the beautiful trails right outside the door.
