Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Attefallshuset, Lesses Gård

Ett arkitekt-projekt byggt 2021 med återbrukat byggmaterial i vår vildvuxet blommande trädgård. Stugan är fullt utrustad. Bäddsoffa och sovloft med stege (inget räcke!) Tvättmaskin, elbilsladdare och cyklar kan lånas gratis i huset bredvid, där vi bor. Havsutsikt mot Båtafjorden/Bua i söder och i väster strålande vy mot kärnkraftverket Ringhals. 50 m till busshållplats, 100 m till utegym och löpstig, 1 km till bad. Meddela om ni vill ta med egna lakan för 200 SEK rabatt. Städning ingår ej.

Unikt svinhus utanför Borås

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. Huset har en stor fantastisk trädgård med pool med tillhörande nybyggt poolhus om 30 kvm. I Åsa finns hembageri, ICA-butik, restauranger, glasscafé och mysiga butiker samt är endast 30 min med tåg eller bil till Göteborg.
