Enjoyed our stay! As advertised!

My trip to the country cottage was such a welcome respite while working on an assignment in the area. Cozy, quiet and beautiful surroundings. Jerry and Deborah are so welcoming and lovely to be around. I learned much about the area from them and they were always checking in to make sure things were going well. I look forward to returning soon with my family to explore the area more and spend some time with my new friends.

I could not have been happier with this location. The interior was almost like a human doll house. My friends and I had a great time roasting marshmallows over the fire, swinging as high as we could on the tire swing, and saying hello to the livestock guardian dog. We even had a bear sighting! Not to mention the responsive host, Jana, helping us with any questions we had. This all made my 23rd birthday super special.

Rebby is a wonderful lady. I was in town for a domestic abuse retreat. She was caring and kind. Made me feel very comfortable! Her loft is spacious and tastefully decorated…. Great bed too!! I highly recommend her place!!!

Preston was great! We were volunteering for a few days in the area and had to find a last minute place to stay. Big bonus was they had running water so we could shower! Preston was very accommodating, and even greeted us when we got there. Had everything you needed for a convenient stay. Highly recommend this place to stay, it was very welcoming and the bed is super comfy! Best nights sleep!

First off, we didn’t end up staying at Taras. We saw the reports that there was a potential flood threat from Hurricane Helene, so I had to cancel the morning we were supposed to arrive. I know that providing ratings when we did not actually stay seems dishonest, but every exchange we had was timely and considerate and it was exactly the kind of place we were looking for in our search. I hope that Tara and her family are safe and the people of Asheville quickly receive the necessary resources needed to rebuild from the devastation. So Grateful for my stay! James and Laura were always responsive to any questions i had, the space was perfect for my visit to asheville. I loved the little creek area by the rv and appreciated the beautiful views of the neighboring meadow. The RV was perfect for one person and could see it being perfect for a couple/family also. Some days the rd that passes the land can be a little noisy however for the most part ( especially at night time ) was the perfect sanctuary for my stay. I wouldn't’ hesitate to book again when returning to exquisitely beautiful Leicester! All in all, would definitely recommend!! Dillon

Perfect for our quick weekend in Asheville with the pup!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise, bevor wir über den Smokey Mountain weiter fahren wollten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser kleinen aber hübschen Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Auch ein kleiner Balkon wo wir die Ruhe geniessen konnten und uns von der Reise entspannen konnten. Nancy hat uns schon frühzeitig über vieles informiert. Das hat uns sehr geholfen und wir haben uns dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Truly a hidden gem. We’ll be back!

This place was truly a rare gem. The home was immaculate, pristine, and truly stunning. The balcony and view were priceless and oh so peaceful. This private space was everything we needed and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway full of beautiful views. Close to several delicious restaurants and about 15 minutes to Asheville. We hope to come back!!

This was a very peaceful place to say. The kitchen was well stocked. There are 2 microwaves the one on the counter is the one you have to use. It worked well lots of coffee makers,. My wife like the bed, but I thought it was a little too soft for my back. The host was so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. It’s a nice place to relax. Highly recommend it.

5 stars all around! I couldn't have asked for a better place for my 11 year old & myself. It was our first trip to Asheville & we felt so at home. From the tiny little details (coffee pods, creamers, teas, toiletries) to the bigger items like the cozy porch glider, super private entrance & off street parking. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home! Easy access to downtown & interstate, charming neighborhood. I loved that we didn't have to strip beds or take out trash, so check out was a breeze. It’s like they made a list of all the things they'd want when renting a place for their own vacations & included them here. We will definitely be back!

Tanya’s place was very clean and exactly as described. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. It is located in a quiet and safe area. I did mistakenly pull into the neighbor’s driveway (sorry, neighbor) because gps had no signal and it was dark. However, the mailbox does have the number on it, don’t know how I missed it but absolutely my fault! Thank you, Tanya.

Excellent Stay with Daniel in Asheville! I recently spent a week with Daniel in Asheville, and it was an absolute pleasure! Daniel's place is cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Susie's place is exactly as listed. It is in a great location and very comfortable. We will stay there again on our next trip to Spruce Pine.

Wolf Lake Escape is a great little remote spot right on the lake. Kathleen is an excellent host and Tilley the dog is a friendly co-host! The apartment is private and the views of the lake from just outside the door are beautiful. Thanks Kathleen, we’ll be back!

We had the perfect stay here! No detail was overlooked to make this a comfortable and elegant space, and the sauna was an added bonus. Would certainly stay again!

Stayed at Gregg & Lynn’s for one night on a road trip. They were super-responsive, and the place had everything I needed—hot shower, laundry, and comfy bed. The views were nice and it was very quiet and private. Be aware that there are many stairs leading up to the front door.

JC and Jackson were fantastic hosts! The loft is cozy and lovely, and the location is fantastic!

I was waiting to see what all the good feedback was about, and after experiencing it everyone hit the nail right on the head. It was so peaceful and relaxing! My fiancé and I enjoyed watching the livestock on the farm and it felt just like home! The hosts were super nice and even helped us out with a favor. I would definitely come back and stay again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was only the 2nd time she had had guests since Helene. Needless to say the place was just as great as it was the 1st time. The actual apartment is better than the pics and the outdoor space is phenominal. We also like the North Asheville location. It very private yet a lot of things are close. Downtown is a 5 minute Uber. All in all a perfect weekend but short like they all are. Thanks Tina and we will be back again soon!
