The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Set on a picturesque farm and attached to the main house, The Annex is a 3 bedroom property with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and open dining area as well as a large living space with an electric log effect burner. We are located in peaceful countryside with plenty of rural walks, cycle tracks, wildlife and only 10 minutes drive from Ryde Pier and Beach.

Quaint Coach House Cottage in the heart of the IOW

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This pretty cottage was the former Coach House and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House which dates back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has private parking opposite. This cottage is next door my other listing Cosy Stable Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We have a minimum 3 night booking. Monday is not available but please contact me if you require a Monday stay

Our Annexe sits within the conservation area of Ryde with uninterrupted views across the Solent. It forms part of a large Regency property but has an independent access and off-street parking. With it's beaches, harbour, bustling town centre and easy mainland links, Ryde has become a popular destination for many people all year round. The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.

The Barn - a hidden retreat

Wake up to the sound of bird song at the Barn. The Barn is a detached building with a studio apartment on the first floor. It has one double bed, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette with fridge and combi oven. Downstairs is a garage space with table tennis. The garden has direct access over the gate into common land and woodland connecting to the footpath network. The Barn is set in the grounds of my cottage and shares a drive and parking area.

This small detached home is perfect for a summer holiday or just a night or two get away. The chalet is situated 3 miles from Ryde beach and offers comfortable accommodation in a rural setting. A good base to explore the island but equally a nice place to rest and relax as it benefits from having it's own patio. Free car parking on site, on a driveway behind a 5 bar gate. Recently refurbished. Enclosed garden, friendly dogs welcome.
