Tucked into a private woodland overlooking the pond and countryside, we've kitted it out with products and art from local makers. Ideally located for Lewes, the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs and South Downs. Hop into the hammock and sit by a glowing fire-pit in the summer, or snuggle up in front of the wood-burner in the winter - the Tack Barn is special all year round.

The Ghillies Hut is set in our sheep field, in an area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking our Fly Fishery and Farm with amazing views across the valley to the Church in Tenterden. It has a king-size bed, 2 comfortable whicker chairs to enjoy the view from inside. Tea/coffee/milk provided. Coffee tables. Woodburner You will also have the full use of The Fishery Lodge with a kitchen, 2 ring hob, wc/shower, TV and lakeside balcony. The lodge is only a short walk from the hut.

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Idyllic, peaceful one double bedroom cottage by Sissinghurst Castle, only a 15 minute woodland walk away by public footpath. Sleeps 2-4. Set on the edge of a large, glorious lake, the cottage is a tranquil retreat at all times of year. In private grounds of 18 acres and surrounded by woods and wildlife, the cottage dates from 1798 but has recently been beautifully extended. The wood burner makes it a cosy and romantic getaway. London is only one hour away .

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
