Tucked into a private woodland overlooking the pond and countryside, we've kitted it out with products and art from local makers. Ideally located for Lewes, the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs and South Downs. Hop into the hammock and sit by a glowing fire-pit in the summer, or snuggle up in front of the wood-burner in the winter - the Tack Barn is special all year round.

Nestled between the beautiful East Sussex villages of Ticehurst and Wadhurst (voted the best place to live in the UK 2023), The Studio at Brick Kiln Farm offers a unique opportunity to relax and stay next to working farmland surrounded by stunning countryside. Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

We are surrounded by fields, ancient woodlands and wildlife. Our cottage is ideal for getting together with friends, families (with kids), and anyone who just needs to unwind. The Hot tub is for exclusive use of Hop Cottage guests.

Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Idyllic, peaceful one double bedroom cottage by Sissinghurst Castle, only a 15 minute woodland walk away by public footpath. Sleeps 2-4. Set on the edge of a large, glorious lake, the cottage is a tranquil retreat at all times of year. In private grounds of 18 acres and surrounded by woods and wildlife, the cottage dates from 1798 but has recently been beautifully extended. The wood burner makes it a cosy and romantic getaway. London is only one hour away .

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
