The first room (queen bed) is $110/night (NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES) through Airbnb and the second room (full bed, which can be requested once you book the first room and with family or friends only) is $75/night which must be booked directly through me. Relax in a king size bed in a comfortable room with plenty of day light and amenities. The oversized window offers a nice peekaboo view of Lake Winnipesaukee . One of my favorite parts of hosting is making a full hot breakfast in the morning. I'm happy to make breakfast at the time of your choosing between 7-10 am. You simply need to let me know the night before what time you would like to eat.
