A ground floor apartment located at the rear of a detached Georgian style building sharing a private rear entrance with one other apartment. Each flat has a dedicated parking spot, secure gated access to the main property by means of a key code gateway. The flat has its own kitchen with fridge and freezer and washing machine/dryer. The flat is sanitised every time it’s cleaned in line with covid cleaning spec. The flat comes with dedicated parking for two cars on the property next to the door.

Our "annex" sits in perfect solitude behind our garage. surrounded by only farming fields with no neighbours the flat gives peace and quiet to all who stay. Both the bedroom and shower wet room have large windows to make the most of the beautiful view into the woodlands and further afield. there is a small space outside with a bench to sit and watch the sun set over the field. you are welcome to bring a BBQ with you to enjoy the view with outside cooking! Please note there is no TV in the space

Step back in time to 1672 with a romantic stay at Hawthorn Cottage. This thatched cottage is a true gem, with its original low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace, and cranked staircase. The cottage offers all modern amenities, including private access, underfloor heating, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside you are surrounded by countryside, with an enclosed garden at your disposal and your very own hot tub, which promises to be a relaxing and indulgent experience.

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Drumble Lodge

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at the chalet The bird song through the day and owls at night whilst sat on the decking or simply stars gazing with the telescope. In summer The cows in the meadow in the distance with young calf’s in summer Pet sheep wander the paddock and drumble by the chalet Castle Farm situated on the gritstone footpath a ten minute walk to the Horse Shoe inn, twenty minute walk to The Castle Inn. The Roaches, Tittesworth Leek Buxton and Mow Cop Castle not far

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

Owls Loft is a self contained cottage with a private outdoor seating area and garden. In a tranquil, rural setting, with views of the Cheshire Plain, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

The local area offers nice walks, National Trust properties and gardens, offering a perfect relaxing weekend or mid-week break.
