Cute, comfortable 1935 detached home which is 900 SQUARE FEET AND PET FRIENDLY. The other side of the property has our main home. The cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

The Cottage at True Trail Farm

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Our adorable resort has something for everyone. Our Retreat offers a detached game room with pool table. There is great fishing right off the dock. It is only a short drive by boat or car to beautiful springs, restaurants and bars. Close to Daytona and Orlando! Wildlife galore.
