The loft above has two twin beds for extra sleeping space for kids or guests. Outside, enjoy peaceful pond views from your private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or grill dinner on the charcoal BBQ while enjoying the quiet East Texas setting.

This newly built home sits on two acres of lakefront property. Only an hour outside of Dallas but feels miles away from everything. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, pool, playing pickleball, having coffee on the back porch, enjoying the firepit or kayaks… This place has it all! It’s truly a secluded, beautiful place to unwind and relax with family and friends. Prior to booking with us, I want to state that the spa is not a hot tub. So if it is below freezing it can’t be run. Thank you!!!

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Use the gas grill on the covered front porch that looks out onto Rosie's pasture. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.
